My daughter and I ate a late lunch there just this week. It was fantastic!! Street Corn was delicious!!! My daughters favorite is the fried mozzarella!!! Our server was Vanessa and she was awesome!! It is slightly pricey, however, GOOD food and service is ALWAYS going to be!!

Went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday per her request she picked chilis. Got there was told the wait would be 45 minutes that’s was fine! Stood there and watched multiple parties of 5/6 get seated without waiting. We were apart of 7. We had also informed them we could be spilt between two tables. Was told we could sit at the bar high top tables (with children). There was a table getting up I said we would just wait for that table. After 1 hour and 10 minutes and 34 empty seats my husband asked again if we could be seat where a party of 8 just got up from that were split between 2 booths. The hostess set us at the dirty tables and said she’d have to clean them. While sitting there waiting for drink orders to be took the manager of the night shift stood at the booth behind us VERY loudly talking about, “that’s not how a restaurant was run and they have party sections for a reason.” Someone finally came to take our drinks and said that would we would be getting moved because that’s not how a large party was to be set but would go on and get our drink orders. At this point after hearing the staff stand there and talk about us as and the waiter telling us that we were being moved we got up and left. While walking the waiter proceeded to yell across to the manager multiple times they are leaving! I know my one party of 7 will not make an impact on never stepping foot in there again but we won’t be back and I hate this is how a birthday celebration will be remembered.

Picked up a to go order and didn’t even think to check the order. When I got home I was missing the chicken fajita. Instead got some kind of appetizer that had slider burgers that were raw in the middle. Paid over $40 didn’t get what I ordered and couldn’t eat what was in the bag. Tried calling the restaurant 4 times no one answered 2 times and the other times the boy answering the phone put me on hold and never came back. That sure isn’t the way to get a repeat customer.

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. you can tell they really care about making sure you’re happy with your meal.
But let me talk about the mozzarella sticks ….. hands down, the best I’ve had anywhere. Perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with that gooey, melty cheese pull that makes you instantly want another one. The marinara sauce had just the right amount of tang and spice to complement them perfectly. I could honestly come back just for those!
Everything from the atmosphere to the food was spot on. Chili’s never disappoints, and those mozzarella sticks are a must-try for anyone who loves a good appetizer done right.

Atmosphere was perfectly fine.
The food was average. Hamburger was better than fast food and so we’re the fries. I’d rather come here than a fast food joint for a burger.
My wife’s chicken was done but sauced way too hot for her taste. We threw it out as soon as we left.
Probably won’t try any other Chili’s any time soon.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 20-minute wait for a table, but we could have a high-top if they cleaned it off. We waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes before they finally cleaned the tables, despite us standing right in front of them without any acknowledgment. Not to mention there were 5-6 tables that were cleaned and empty. Three other couples came in after us, received the same offer, and were seated promptly, while we had to wait another 15 minutes to be seated (not at a high-top).
Once we were finally seated, it took another 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. We then waited an additional 15-20 minutes before we could place our order. We only ordered fried mozzarella and a triple dipper, yet it took another 35 minutes for our food to arrive. When it did, the food was lukewarm at best. To top it off, we never received a drink refill. Never saw our waitress again. Most were very rude other than 2-3 people. This experience was very disappointing, and I will not be returning.

Just want to start off by saying, this evening was my first time getting Chili’s, the food was excellent, the management and other staff was great. I went out with my friends, a party of six, and we all had four separate checks. They all tipped a dollar a piece on the table-kiosk, because I offered to pay with a cash tip, where our server did an excellent job serving all six of us and ensuring that we all we taken care of. I placed the cash tip under a plate, poking out to where she could visibly see it to claim it when we all left. Everyone had paid, and we were enjoying our desert before leaving. All of a sudden, the server walks up to us, talking with an attitude, complaining about how we did not tip enough, and thanked us for not being generous enough, saying that we needed to tip at least 5% because of how big her bill was, saying that she has to pay out a certain amount of her tips to other people, as well as was cursing at all of us before walking off. It upset all of us, so we left our table, leaving our deserts there. I confronted a manager about her demanding that we pay more for her services when the cash tip was there, clear as day. Manager on duty was very kind and understanding of the situation. Our server did great and went completely two-faced because she thought she wasn’t getting tipped enough despite the fact that there was a cash tip. Giving a two star rating simply for everything else being absolutely wonderful about our experience.

Haven’t been to a Chili’s as long as I can remember… and this experience wasn’t very memorable either. Not bad but not great. Food was mediocre and prices were higher than I would’ve guessed.
