Let me start out by saying I am a regular and go to this location once a week approximately. I have the utmost respect for the hard working employees there. Additionally, pretty much every time I have been there the past couple months, the fry container is rarely ever filled. For example, today iI ordered a large fry but it did not even have the amount of fries that a medium should have. I am a former employee of mcdonald’s and I know that it is so easy to fill the container with the correct amount. I would normally never leave a review but at this point this is money out of my pockets and I am not getting what I paid for. This seems to be a prominent issue at this location. Please improve

EDIT 26 FEB 2026; Seems to be an improvement, they said my order back to me, order was correct and they wished me a nice day, actually seemed happier in there too. Raised rating. Manager also reached out via email and apologised, so I see the effort. Thank you.
They misheard fries on my order for a drink, no biggie. I explained to the two people at the window but then they proceeded to just not give me the fries anyway, even after specifying to them that’s what I ordered. Big dude in the red shirt, assuming the manager, seemed annoyed, acknowledged that’s what I ordered but still didn’t bother solving such a simple fix.
I told them to give the drink to the next person because I didn’t want what I didn’t order. Charged me for the drink but still decided to not toss in some fries to fix the order, didn’t realise they didn’t fix it until I was home as I trusted they understood.
Seems like a small thing to leave a bad review over but this wasn’t the first time. Items are often forgotten here and staff often have a bad attitude as if they hate working there. Get a new job if you’re just going to be miserable to customers.

My husband used the restroom after we ordered and saw a worker in there use the bathroom, not wash his hands and then return to the Fry station to handle the fries bare handed. When we told the manager (may have been an employee) we wanted to cancel the order she didn’t say a word or hardly look at us. She also didn’t pull him off of the fry station to wash his hands. In fact, she didn’t even ask who it was.
Otherwise, the place inside is dirty- none of the tables had been wiped down and every upholstered chair or seat was flaking terribly.
The manager needs to get this under control and protect their customers. They have a responsibility to do this.

I’m usually not one to complain, and this location is usually pretty decent. I got there at about 11:00 pm, ordered a double quarter pounder with no pickles and onions. I got to the window, paid, and waited 20 MINUTES AT THE WINDOW FOR MY FOOD. It was literally just the meal. I finally got my food, went home. I sat down to eat, ate about half the burger before realizing it was RAW. the fries were cold. I understand waiting for a double quarter pounder since they’re supposed to be fresh to order, but 20 minutes for cold fries and a burger that isn’t even cooked all of the way is ridiculous.

If serving your people a death sentence is something this restaurant serves then by all means go to this Mc Donald’s! Food was raw. Service is terrible and staff needs to dress appropriately for their job.

The picture will say everything when it comes to my childs happy meal fry and this is after I pulled the bag fries out of the box. I ordered a large and it wasn’t even out of the mouth of the holder. They forgot her drink too. Unacceptable.

I paid $18 for them to get my order wrong. They asked me 3 separate times about my order after I explained it. They gave me a medium fry instead of the large I ordered, and they gave me a different burger than the one I ordered. I planned to just wipe the extra toppings off to make the burger more like what I ordered but they didn’t include napkins in my bag either. I get if the store is busy, but if I’m dropping nearly $20 on an order I at least want it to be right.

Yall need to contact the people that hiring and training for Chick Fil A and take some pointers. Yalls staff is so UNBELIEVABLY RUDE every time I come in to this place. Regardless of their position, 90% of the staff here are rude.
