God I would hate to work at this Wendy’s. The one older Hispanic female manager is an absolute nightmare to her employees and her customers. We placed a mobile order 15min ahead of time and she always yells at us that the food isn’t ready and we have to come inside. Eduardo was a manager today and worked super hard to get us fresh food, and the whole time she was talking shit in Spanish with an open drive thru window (just because I’m white doesn’t mean I don’t understand what you are saying). I’ve been in the area for years and I love Wendy’s but it’s so hard to go to this one because of how much of a literal nightmare the older Spanish manager is. She’s been there as long as I’ve lived here. When the pretzel bacon pub burger stopped being served I stopped coming. Now I love the new strips, but it’s so horrible that every time I go the employees are complaining, the Hispanic manager is bitching, and they NEVER HAVE ANYONE IN THEIR DRIVE THRU. There obviously is an explanation, this manager makes people wait for up to 5min at the order screen, yells at you when you ask how long… I can’t tell you how many negative experiences I’ve had with her. Someone needs to step in and remove her if anyone actually cares about this store.

I have driven by this Wendy’s so many times and have never stopped, I am so glad I finally did. My grandson loves it and has been there with his parents many times and as asked to go there, but we always had other plans.
It was late at night and we were hungry so in the drive thru line we got. Now, it was crowded, the main eating area was closed because of the time. But the line moved along and we were happy as clams having a minute to review the menu.
We ordered burgers, fries, frostys, and a salad a drinks. We stayed in the line about another 5 minutes and when we got our food it was hot and made exactly as ordered, and most of our stuff was special order.
The staff there was so very nice and they repeated my order and made sure to thank us and tell us to have a great night. How nice is that.
The food, all of it was great. I love those square burgers and my grandson loves the salad and the frosty. We ate in the car as there is plenty of parking the their clean lot and had just the most fun.
It is right off the 405 South and next to a Shell gas station.

I was not having the best morning and decided to get myself a quick breakfast. The system at this location went crazy and rather than have me waiting while things got situated, Yasmine had me drive around and carefully went through my order to ensure their were no mistakes.

I ordered nuggets and they sent spicy nuggets, I called the store and they argued with me and said they put everything in the bag. I agreed they did but they put spicy nuggets and she said she didn’t and hung up on me. I told her I can send photos of the spicy nuggets before she hung up. Crap service.
