It is a Pal’s. It is similar to all the others I have been to. Drive up and order, drive around to the other side pay and get your food. The burgers and fries are good, the shakes are fast food shakes. I Usually eat at one when I am in the area.

Service was top notch. The Order Taker helped us with our order as it was our first time here. Food was good. Not much parking during lunch for pulling into and eating but we managed to find a spot. Would definitely eat here again!

Had to wait on food which is fine. Perfect burgers & fake hotdogs (pink meat). The fries however were over-salted & greasy! I’m used to over-salted but greasy is new. I can’t handle salt due to BP. I even ask McDs for no salt cause I use seasoned salt myself. I’d rather have sea salt or seasoned salt like Pals on fries. They usually lay salt to Big Pal also, so jeep that in mind if your BP is an issue. Probably wasn’t up to temp or too many in basket. The food is always fresh here (unlike JC – FCity parkinglot)! Never eat at that one. Let’s see how reheating a 2nd Jr does later… A Big Pal is too much. I’m not a fan of fake cheese (Kraft or whatever it is) which is extra $! Sticks to my dental work. It’s inane how many people are crammed into a small building. There was a lady sweeping holding the line up. Just weird to do around 6pm! Guess she needed to get outta kitchen…. Pals is good at 98% if locations IMO. PS: Don’t add pickles or mustard it just ruins a Pals burger! Trust me I’ve tried!

The young lady working the window was competent, and did her job well… But after that, I’m not sure what happened.. one sandwich was just wrong (was supposed to be a double junior, ketchup only; got a junior with lettuce, tomato, onion). Fries were okay.

My fries were too hard, not sure if undercooked or overcooked but they were 90% inedible. I called about it and the employee that answered the phone said all the fries of the night have been up to their standard. That was the only response I got. I sent an email to the store manager to provide feedback and I didnt even get a reply. My family would get food there every Monday and thursday night. I hope losing our $60-$70 of business per week was worth the price of an order of fries cause we have stopped going after this.
