I’ve had ok experiences here before, but only ok.
They were off by 1,000 percent tonight.
Had to cut out almost a third of my prime rib (inedible parts) and the broccoli was absolute mush.
Brought this to the attention of the bartender/server and her attitude was essentially, “Oh well, what do you do?”
Their steak prices are higher than local competitors and they don’t earn that premium.
You’ll do well to spend your money elsewhere.

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our visit! It was a first time taking our 7 month old puppy to a restaurant. Becca made us and out puppy so welcomed from treats to a bowl of water, to our meals and making sure everything was perfect! I can not thank her enough to making out experience with Noel the best experience possible. I would recommend this place over and over! The food thr drinks was just amazing! Thank you!

Waited for a over an hour for our food to come with not even a manager drop by or any kind of reduction on our bill. If the prices were not so high I really wouldn’t expect much off but with it being a more expensive place you think they would have offered some kind of discount for the wait. High prices and you only get one side with most entrees. Won’t be back any time soon that’s for sure. Staff was great though.

The food was consistent with other Rafferty’s we’ve been to. It was good. Our waiter was very polite. Zayer is worth the trip. Ask for him if you go to eat here.
Also the waitress who ran my wife’s phone out to us. Thank you. Overall one of the most customer friendly staffs I’ve seen.

Extremely long wait times both when getting a table (25 minutes and after having to ask about the status since they don’t have e-pagers). Then a another 40 minutes with meals coming out at different times, 2 one time and 10 minutes later the other meals (family of 4). Food quality is okay but smaller portions and higher prices. Average of $20+ dollars per person.

I tried the ribeye steak and it was just okay. Tried the pork chop and it was plain. No seasoning what so ever not even salt and pepper. I Tried the Kona Chicken and it was also awful. The chicken was supposed to be marinated but it definitely WAS NOT and it was more burnt then charbroiled. No seasoning not salt or pepper just the burned skin on top, the 2 extra thin slices of deli ham and a nicely grilled pineapple slice. I don’t understand the good reviews on that dish. They do have great Burgers but the fries are not good and there are no burgers complimenting alternatives. The chicken tenders are really good.

Rafferty’s Elizabethtown. I ordered the chicken strip platter. I have been coming here for so soma y years and I always got chicken strips.. I got my plate and had chicken slithers AKA batter cause there was no chicken to it.. I barely had any and maybe a very small hand full of fries .. this plate was 18.00. I spoke with the manager who argued with me and went and got me more that looked just like what I got.. just so happens the corporate Manager was there and got better ones for me.. My waitress Becky is awesome!! She has been our waitress for all the many years we have gone there!! Manager Jason terrible people skills.. he should have just said I am sorry about that let me see what I can do instead of arguing with their customer.. that drives business away!! Photos 1 is what my plate should have looked like the other is what I got I had not touched it that is when they set it down.

WOW MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY PLEASE FROM THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Everyone was very nice and pleasant and you could see how well everyone worked with each other very proficient. Our food came out quickly and correctly which is a plus compared to some other restaurants that are equivalent to each other. We both enjoyed our meals greatly. Truly a pleasant experience and night. We haven’t ate here in a long time and definitely will be back.

The last 2 times I went here, they messed our main entrees up. I simply tell them and they make it seem likes its our fault. My husband got his steak medium well and came out pretty damn rare and cool to the touch. When we point it out, the guy said “well, we cook our steaks 2 levels less than other restaurants”. Umm, whatever that means…
