i’ll take one star away because the drive thru actually took 25+ minutes during the morning breakfast time to get about 10 cars orders completed. i ordered 2 of the chicken sandwiches and they were both warm and tasted good. the hash browns were a small amount in the box and didn’t hold their heat after a 10 minute drive to my destination but the sandwiches were still warm. i don’t think the price was worth the wait and if i do return i will go inside and order at the front counter.

Grilled chicken lettuce wrap invoked feelings hinging on being scammed out of my money. Big expectations, tiny and thin results. The tomato had more meat than the chicken. They would not win a grilled chicken award of I’m judging.

I came this morning a little too early for lunch menu. But Justyn in the drive thru was very helpful and told me I could still order from the regular menu. I waited about 5 min but that’s fine. Got my food faster than expected.

I went inside to order my food. I was confused in how to get inside the drive-thru. The customer service was great at this location. The young lady who worked about 7am was very nice. The # 1 breakfast was delicious. It came with a chicken bisquit, hash rounds, & coffee. I enjoyed this Chick-fil-A alot.

The not so very “My pleasure” experience. I have given this place 3 changes but unfortunately the three times has been the same bad experience. I have spoken to the manager twice and both times she had a very bad actitud. I ask for a medium mac & cheese which was burned and a medium fruit cup with no apples. Chick fill A is expensive as it is well when I got the fruit cup it was almost empty when I asked I was told it was because I ask with no apples. I immediately ask for a refund and gave the fruit cup back. I’m not paying more than $5 dollars for an almost empty fruit cup. I’m a Red member and this location never fails is always very cheap with their portions, bad service, and you won’t heard my pleasure from any of them. The three times I had the same issue mac and cheese burned and fruit cup almost empty the past two times were because they run out of blueberries and strawberries. When you ask for refund they give a very bad attitude and she did not even hand me a receipt. Avoid this location. Pictures attached.

The restaurant is really clean, the employees very kind, and friendly. The food delicious the only bad thing is that I asked for 6 buffalo sauce and they told me they can only give me 4, for the price I think it should not have a limit, I really loved to dip my nuggets in to the sauce.

I had a large order for my family ,understanding its a bit busy on Friday at dinner 2 sandwiches were missing from our order.. I think the part that got me and had me absolutely disgusted was that I found 3 small bugs in my salad.
I will say I haven’t ever had the problem before, but we ended up throwing everything out after I found bugs in my food worst part I was a few bites in. I understand it can happen … just grossed out. We probably won’t revisit considering they looked to be like little roaches. N didnt fly. Brown and red in color.

4/5 times they don’t give me enough jalapeno salsa. I’ve specifically tell them how many. And the 4/5 times they assume 1. So I get one with my breakfast burrito. Why ask which sauces I want if they cannot get it right? ♂️Employees should have to read the order out to customers upon handing out the food. It’s too hard to dig up sauces at the bottom of the bag just to see if they got it right.
