I ordered a bowl with chicken. And then so many additional possibilities to add Compared to Chipotle I love that they use a different rice and lettuce. They seem to use less seasoning than Chipotle which works well because they did an amazing job curating higher quality ingredients that make the food taste lighter and fresher than Chipotle. My food was delicious and everything reasonably priced. I just wish they would open a Bluestone closer to me in Elk River.

Bluestone is what my parents ask for if we’re getting takeout when they’re visiting. We like it better than Chipotle. Everything’s fresh. We’ve occasionally had a small mistake in an order, but it’s rare. The cilantro lime chips are a favorite in our house, and they kids love the quesadillas.

Came for lunch around 2pm on Saturday. There wasn’t a line, so I was able to put my order in right away, and it’s made promptly in front of you like at Chipotle. The price was reasonable and you get a good sized burrito too. The food tasted good, and I would come again!

I had 2 events I needed catered in the same week. Everything was absolutely amazing! For the larger even with teenagers, the catering guy (I believe the owner) made suggestions on proteins based on what he knew was popular and we didn’t have a single leftover on the proteins! The prices were more than reasonable, the orders were perfect, everything was packed up super nice for easy transport and unloading, and they loaded my truck for me. Upon returning the chafing racks, they even gave me a gift card for a free entree. For my small event, we had more than enough food and it cost me less than it would have if I went to the grocery store and cooked it all myself. We will definitely use them again!

Staff not friendly especially the staff taking the order. Paid for steak and got a half a spoon of steak. Skimpy on the fixings. Won’t recommend nor go back. Rather go to chipotles.

Bluestone has been a favorite of my family for a number of years
due to the quality and freshness of the food, generous portions,
vegetarian options, cleanliness of the restaurant and friendliness of the staff. I will drive the extra miles to eat there even though there is a Chipotle closer to home. The other day, I asked if there were jalapenos in the corn and the staff person immediately offered to bring me plain corn from the kitchen that was not spicy. Their customer service is exceptional! And, since we belong to their “Rewards” program, we reap the benefits of a birthday burrito and discount on menu items after spending a certain dollar amount. My son and I love eating there!!!
