I came here from Beckley based on the wonderful reviews given. I was extremely impressed by the quality and price of the food! The biscuits were so soft and fluffy. The chicken was fresh and hot! The unsweet tea was on point and not bitter at all. Thank you for a great experience.

Never been to a Bojangles before since we live far north of here. That’s what made us stop at this one as we were driving by and lunchtime rolled around. Since it’s a big chain that we’re not familiar with, we thought we would give it a try. Based on this experience – no thanks. No more.
We got a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of cole slaw; fries; and one of their bowls that their employee suggested as the best thing on the menu. The bowl was the best thing for our lunch and was filling. The fried chicken tenders were decently done and the beans and rice were well seasoned, although salty. The grilled chicken was very rubbery. The fries were too salty to eat. I guess that they decided to compensate for the saltiness of the fries bty making the cole slaw so sweet that it was more of a desert than a side. It was also very soupy.
The location itself was a bit of a shambles that could use a thorough cleaning.
For the rest of our trip, we avoided stopping at any other outpost of this chain. One and done.

Love their food but the whole vibe of the place is off like a awkward type feeling there is a few that need to change their behavior the rudeness is totally uncalled for but other than that the food is pretty good. But the crew needs to change their out look on certain and bring a good vibe to the place you can tell everyone in that store at any time if day hates their job and they let it show.

We don’t have Bojangles in WI. Everywhere else had lines and seemed to be jamming so we gambled and tried a new place – and holy smokes Bojangles is good! The chicken sandwich was perfect – not too saucy, the chicken was well cooked, the bun wasn’t too sweet, it was great! The biscuits were also good, but I think that’s true by default out this way; we haven’t had any bad biscuits. The servers were quick and effective, and the restaurant was clean. Thanks for helping us find a great fried chicken sandwich!

It was bad my wife got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the cheese I guess was bad it made the whole vehicle smell like rotten milk. She had to throw it away the good news is the couple bites she took didn’t make her sick. I got a Cajun fillet biscuit with egg the egg was watery the chicken was mostly bread little chicken very hard. And greasy it was all so greasy like still on your lips after a hour greasy. The crew was all doing something else we started to leave because it was taking so long (over 20 mins for the above order of 2 biscuits) as we turned to the door someone from the back yelled I’ll be right there. That being said there was a lot of yelling from the back line I’m not sure why but very unprofessional.

Im in ohio had to go down to NC to see my momma.. we don’t have these up north.. biggest reason I know about these is when the last hurricane came through and destroyed alot of areas they were operating they stayed open so recovery and emergency workers including the displaced public had a place to unwind and eat a good hot meal at.. they stayed open the entire time everyone else was closed.. PLEASE BRING THEM TO DAYTON OHIO the market for your biscuits are ripe up here please o please build one up here in dayton ohio.. hell I will even help run it if you do… BY FAR THE BEST PLACE FOR BISCUTS EVER and it made from scratch as well not flash frozen mass shipped garbage either. Highly recommend this location

I got the grilled chicken salad and it was juicy, tender, and hot:) I was happy with the Ken’s ranch too. My husband had the cajun chicken sandwich and fries. The tea was really good too, not too sweet, and the unsweetened was not bitter, we will remember this location.

We arrived shortly after 8 pm and were treated as if we were interlopers. The service was impatient and inattentive. The worst part was that the staff continued to mop and close up around us. When my husband complained after witnessing a kitchen staff handle his plate of chicken after handling the mop they became defensive rather than apologetic. If we had not already paid we would’ve left. We won’t be back.

If you’re black, please do not come here!!! My bf and I stopped here to take a break from our road trip. We walk in and no one greets us or even responds when we try to get their attention for minutes. Tell me why we simply leave to get in our car because I’m not gonna eat somewhere where the employees are ignoring us. Two white men walk in, and I see someone immediately come from the back and serve them to take their order!!!!!! The most disgusting, disrespectful and disturbing thing I’ve seen. But that’s okay, you’ll reap what you sow ❤️
