They are more worried about speed then making the food right. My biscuit was hanging out the side of the Togo box and gravy pouring out the sides. Also half filled the LG hashrounds. This is not a 1 time thing it happens all the time. Good tastes great but they are getting sloppy when putting it together

We have had the pleasure of eating here 2 days in a row, and both the food and customer service were excellent. The manager (didn’t catch her name) was very friendly. She also had music playing and kept an upbeat atmosphere for the staff. We had one small issue that she remedied immediately. The hostess, Jamie, was very friendly and attentive. She refilled our drinks on the first day and recognized us instantly on the second day and continued to be helpful. 5 ⭐️

Mrs. Joyce was such a blessing. The manager has been working there for 20 plus years and she is an absolute superstar and kind. Her smile and tone are exemplary everyday. I don’t know if I just got there at the wrong time, or what, but the drive thru staff was rude, the food was cold, and the order was wrong. I went in to correct it, but they had about 10 people in line just waiting to order (the parking lot wasn’t even half full), so I just left.
Will not return.
Edit: I messed up and went back, twice. Two out of three orders were wrong and all three were cold.

On 7/1/24 I got a #3 for lunch call and told the guy manager that work that day about my order he was cool and understandable about what happen and said they will make another so the next day on 7/2/24 I went up to get my replacement the lady manager had a whole attitude about she was rude but she replace it so on 7/3/24 I get a breakfast warp the same manager lady took my other and ones again order mess up again.the third pic I just took on 4/24/25 just keep messing up

We’ve all had that 8 am fries craving and after stopping at multiple areas and coming up empty handed, Jack’s was my last hope. I pulled in and ordered a biscuit and asked as a last ditch effort if they served fries in the morning. The people let us know they could cook some up for us within 2-3 minutes if we wanted to wait. Absolutely exceptional and made my morning
