I got this flat four images I just uploaded to Google maps. We ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was supposed to be around $12. Then the person on the speaker said something like $19! We questioned it. She said I thought you would like to add bacon and cheese. Ridiculous.

This is probably my 3rd review ever and my very first negative one but if an older lady is working the drive thru and you have a gift card and you go over the gift card and have cash and the gift card, make sure you tell her to run the gift card first instead of running the cash first. When she gave me the gift card back and not my cash, her excuse was “well you didnt tell me I needed to run the gift card first, everyone does it the way I did it all of the time.” On what planet are people not using the gift card first (which is already paid for) and instead using their own cash over already paid for food? When did this not become a common sense thing and I have to actually tell a cashier to use a GIFT CARD first? And instead of saying oops let me fix that, she says “YOU DIDN’T TELL ME, EVERYONE DOES IT THAT WAY.” A kid I would expect that from but a grown ace adult trying to gaslight a customer who worked in fast food? Sure sure. I think I’ll stick to driving further to a different burger King.

Bathroom is horrendous real dirty! Found a hair in my food on my burger. They purposely only allow you to use the unlocked restroom because it’s public. The locked can restroom is for them. I love Burger King but steer clear away from this one!

My favorite BK. Not only is it close and convenient but the employees are extremely nice and work hard to make sure their customers are happy. I ordered a current special they were running, that apparently everyone was ordering. Lol. Accidentally, I was handed someone else’s order that was similar, but not quite mine. Didn’t realize it til we got home and went back. They let me keep the other order and gave me a fresh bag of my order. We ended up with more food than we ordered and didn’t mind the mess up at all. The employees were so kind and quick to fix the issue. Love this store.
