Went here yesterday on a whim and while the service was normal/friendly, half of our food was ice cold. I understand that food cools down but this was like beyond room temperature by the time we got to our destination (5mins away in a warm car). My burrito also had a few chicken chunks that were dried out and crunchy. The grilled part was super oily but I figured that was normal? The flatbreads were good but kinda cold. Nice sauce to bread ratio.
Not looking for a refund or anything, just want to let others know what to expect.

I usually use the drive thru. It’s efficient and the staff is kind. My husband is disappointed that the lux box has come with cinnamon twists instead of nachos the last couple times we’ve been thru.

I write this review with mixed feelings. I have been a vegetarian for sometime. I ordered a taco off the vegetarian menu and received it with meat inside. I was shocked and devastated to say the least. Upon calling I was met with the friendliest most apologetic staff member. The only reason this isn’t a terrible review is that worker not only expressed deepest apologies but also invited me to come to Taco Bell and get new food so they could make it right. That is the definition of amazing customer service.

Stupidity I tried them again and now they are even worse! Worst Taco Bell in Fort Smith. Cold food I waited inline 10 minutes for and they didn’t add the chalupa sauce as usual but sure charged for it and added a ton of tomatoes even though I ordered NO TOMATOES!
The worker’s will not give a damn if they messed up your order. Will argue and refuse to make it right. Chulupa shells so hard they were crunchy and chewy. Done with Taco Bell.

This taco bell is uniformly bad… food is always cold and old. They put this cheese sauce on EVERYTHING… they never spread out the ingredients so it is always clumped in the middle. The cheese is never melted even on the quesadillas… I posted a picture of the shredded chicken quesadilla. The fact that the food always has other ingredients that are not ment for the food item leads me to believe the kitchen is poorly taken care of… wont be coming again. So far the 3 times we have come they have messed up every order…. once we ordered a tostada that is a flat hard taco shell and they gave us a quesadilla….

Love Taco Bell just a little high. So glad they brought the mexi-melt back. Was really good one time but a few weeks later not as good, guess it depends on who is working, but that is how it is, any place you go. No matter I still love Taco Bell.

Like what is this? Every time I go to this specific Taco Bell they always get my order wrong, my food is cold, these chicken tenders are hard and there’s little to none sauce on it, and my cheese isn’t even melted. It really sucks cause Taco Bell is one of my favorite late night places to eat and my food is never made correctly.

I heard Taco Bell was bringing back old favorites, and I got excited thinking the Enchirito would be one of the items brought back. When I made it to the restaurant, the guy at the speaker wasn’t sure what I was talking about, but a female voice came on the speaker and told me it wasn’t back, but she could make me something close to it. We talked about it and she made me a Bean burrito, add beef, and covered in red sauce (essentially a big enchirito). I got it, I ate it, I enjoyed it. If yall get onto her for going off menu, I’ll never eat here again.
I forgot to ask her name for this review, so I chased her down in the parking lot as she was trying to go home (lol). She told me her name was Cloud. Cloud is awesome. Please have more people like Cloud.

Ordered 2 chicken cantina burritos and a Crunchwrap. Got 2 chicken tacos instead and the Crunchwrap barely had any meat and everything was all on one side of it.
Tacos are not only the wrong item but also completely broken apart just horribly put together. Worst TB experience to date.
