I was a little nervous about visiting. Thought it was going to be like a germ invested Chuck E cheese. We were very impressed. Visited with a 20 year old, 13 year old, and 4 year old. The price was quite reasonable. The pizza was actually delicious. We got the Chicago and the cheese for kids. Nice and crispy. One of the employees went out of his way to help bring the pizza to the table. They were all very friendly. I thought it would be packed but it was not over crowded. All the kids had fun playing in the arcade.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Only reason why I didn’t tag a 5th star was they were out of black pepper and we ordered a salad and love black pepper on it.
1/10/21 update. Went back again and asked for black pepper. Still got the answer that they do not have black pepper. Guess the issue wasn’t resolved.
Wings were hot but lacked sauce. The new York pizza we had was excellent!

Restrooms were dirty. Some tables were dirty upon arrival and were the same by the time we left. They had 2 birthday tables and they seemed to be attentive to them. Which was good for them. Food was ok not the best. The play area was dirty too. But you have kids running around unattended.

I ordered 3 items (pizza, desert, and breadsticks) they took over 40 minutes for the pizza and desert and didn’t even get the breadsticks. After a hour we decided to ask for a refund on the breadsticks and all the staff decided to have an attitude. Crazy. I wasn’t even mad about it. A hour for breadsticks is too long.

Love PPP, and brought a friend to try it for the first time. As usual the pizza delivered, but unfortunately the buffet at this location is very small/limited and there was always a wait every time I went up. Otherwise it was what you’d expect from most other locations, but the staff was very personable and friendly, plus they have Guitar Hero so I’d come back just for that!
