Our waitress was absolutely amazing. Patient, knew the answer to every question we had! First time there and will absolutely be back. Our waitress was named Lay and I highly recommend her. The drinks were tasty and spot on. The crab and shrimp boil I had with a buttery garlic seasoning and have zero regrets! Hush puppies were best I’ve had. Overall Clean establishment , friendly staff, quick service, priced very reasonably.

Flavourful seafood, pretty decent quality, friendly service. Though the waitresses can be more attentive, like giving us cracker clamps when we need them.

Great food and great service. We were greeted with a smile. Our waitress, Lay, was very informative and answered all our questions. Out of 6 of the meals, 5 had lobster. It was good, not rubbery and not over cooked. The shrimp were all deveined and “no-head”. The manager, Mrs. Kim, came over to introduce herself and sent over extra butter and garlic sauce. She also made sure the coleslaw was extra fresh. Great experience and we will be back.

Hot and delicious food. Fried or your very own boil. As first timers the staff was super helpful and friendly. If you’ve never had a seafood boil, I highly recommend it. I enjoyed some of the fried food as well.

The flavor was amazing, snow crab must not be in season, as it was a fight to get any meat to come out, without a struggle… but flavor was on point. Same issue with lobster, tasted amazing but texture was stringy and tough, the meat sticking to the shell. Manager was kind enough to remake the crab. Kayla is a beautiful person and courteous server, kindly attentive.
Maybe next time the seafood won’t be well done or out of season.

The food was great and our server “Tee-Tee” was very polite and pleasant with a warm welcoming, beautiful smile not to add that another beautiful young lady showed up with a rose for Valentine’s Day, which I was very thankful for. My Husband and I stopped through while traveling. I would definitely stop again. The experience was awesome.

As a well known and experienced local guide through Google maps, I took time to personally explore other views and experiences of other guests from the past. What I found was horrifying.
It all starts with my own experience. After a long day at the beach, we were in dire need of nutrients to refuel our bodily systems. Intense research brought us to The Juicy Crab, where we were seated immediately, not without issue, however. The staff was underexperienced and there were very few. Perhaps this was merely because we were eating at an irregular time? 1:47 to be exact. Nevertheless the lack of service was evident throughout the restaurant. All guests were seated in the central area because only one server was attending to everyone. We informed the waitress this was our first time, and she provided a very quick and brief summary of the menu (it was hard to follow) .
Without spoiling it, the experience itself was unique and enjoyable with the rest of the group. I’m not sure this would have been the case alone? The food was fine in portion, however the quality seemed hard to define. The sauce and grease were a bit much, and it seemed incredibly seasoned. Also, the spice levels were higher then expected.
Bathrooms seemed clean enough, and so did the rest of the restaurant, creating a fine ambiance and holding a decent temperature.
I left feeling kind like this –>

They confirmed my suspicions. The restaurant was overpriced and had poor quality for the price being charged. The crawfish…lets just say you might find better ones at Walmart. This brings my review full circle to the end.
In summary, its a 50/50 risk for a good or bad experience. And you might have a good/bad experience. Personally, I wouldn’t go back, but it was an interesting and unique experience for the group. Try the Juicy Crab…if you dare.

The food was salty and tasteless. The service was slow. We sat 45 mins just waiting on water. Appetizer came out the same time as the entree and was cold. The drink and the music were the only thing I enjoyed. Although the drink was a little watered down it was still good. I do think the servers were a little overwhelmed. This is my 2nd visit and both times were negative experiences. This is just my opinion.

Amazing food and service. Lex was our waitress and she was amazing, from telling us about how it worked for ordering to making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend stoping by if you’re in town. We will definitely be back!!

The service was great! Lay was very friendly and professional. Our food was hot and fresh only bad thing was that there was a hair in my daughter’s seafood bag. It was brought to the managers attention and only thing she said was that her cooks were bald. I wasn’t expecting a free meal but a discount on my daughter’s food would’ve been nice……by me previously working in the restaurant business I didn’t make a fuss about but I did have to bring it her attention.
