Service was good till I got home and didn’t have my fries in the bag and only received 1 pepper when I ordered 2. Went back up there and got the fries but no apology received at all. At least they could’ve acknowledged their mistake but noooooooo no such thing. I will never and I mean never go to that establishment again. We never get my hard earned money again!!! Will definitely not recommend this Church’s Chicken that’s for sure!!!!

It always depends on the time of day that you come to any business. When good food and customer service comes to play , I have had 15 min wait with hot and fresh food , and a 30 min wait with hot and fresh food . But I don’t mind waiting.

I just ordered from here spent 30 dollars on two 5 piece chicken strip meals get all the way home and only have one chicken strip meal and a damn two piece dark. I paid 30 dollars for this crap and no one is answering the phone. Do not go here and if you do check your food before you leave. Better yet just cook at home. Service in north county is horrible food and all. Just sad and they take your hard earned money for crappy food and service. Just a disgrace.

Had the pleasure of having Thotyanna serve me today, with an attitude like hers she should be serving meals at a prison, she was not pleasant at all! Went there last night no one at the counter and was completely ignored by the staff. Then another lady walks in and they acknowledge her. She ordered before me and paid with card. When I ordered and tried to pay with card the employee told me that they can’t take card even though the lady before paid with card.

I just ordered a 5 piece Tenders meal fried Okra. Okra was excellent nice and hot! Tenders were cold. I asked for whole jalapeños instead of dipping sauce, no jalapeños! And a half biscuit!!!! Half a biscuit!!!! I do not even know how much I spent because I got no receipt which was fine if I had not gotten what I got for my lunch! I will just go get something else from somewhere else! I could not eat this!

Make sure your receipt is,for the churches on the receipt. This particular location is strange, they ask for tips, they won’t take receipts from other churches, Don’t worry I won’t go back to this location ever again.
