Waited 20 min for my 4 items. 4 people working behind bar. 3 of them leaning on the counter or looking at their phones as I waited for my order. They were not slammed. They were not busy. every single time i go to this starbucks i order a venti, and every single time they make me a grande. then these workers look at me with such sad eyes when i tell them of their mistake… but then they still charge me full price for a venti. this has happened to me four times in the last two weeks and it’s starting to feel like i’m a part of a joke i don’t know about.

Ive been going to this starbucks for years (only one i will go to) and i love everyone here so much. I know theyre forced to write on cups 🙁 but they always write such cute things and it always makes me so happy, and everyone is so nice. Great coffee and my dog loved the pup cup! As soon as I started drinking the hot caramel Macchiato, I stated waking right up. I hads hours to drive so this coffee helped me achieve it and my dog was in Heaven with her pup cup. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

My Husband said it’s the best caramel macchiato he’s ever had which says a lot because he loves them. I got a brown sugar, shaken espresso and it’s just OK. The bathroom definitely needs cleaned. The guy that took our order was very friendly. They have a parking lot, but it’s not very big. Very tight parking spaces not recommended for trucks or big vehicles.

The food and drink were normal, but the place itself was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and out of soap. The walls were damaged and there was urine everywhere. By looking at the other reviews I can see that this place has been like this for awhile.

The person at the drive through window was very rude. I had a drive thru pick up and she could barely do that right. It just didn’t feel like she wanted to be there and felt like she was mad I was there interrupting her talk time. This was Oct. 1. Have to come back because it is close to me. Wish I didn’t have to.

This Starbucks has always been a favorite for me right off Interstate 71! Their service is speedy and things get done very quickly! Even with a spill in the cafe, like my last visit, they still had my drinks done in 5 minutes with plenty of other customers in the place! Awesome location and above average!
