Went this evening to Burger Ranch. Staff was friendly and helpful, we went towards the end of the night so they were out of a lot of stuff. However the girl working kindly told us before we started looking and that was super helpful and awesome. I’m assuming the food must be good because they are out and so far I’ve heard this is normal. The food was pretty good! I got the mushroom burger, and it was really good! They have some awesome shakes!!! With quite a bit of flavors as well! We got the food to go because it was super cold in there. We will be going back.

This place is okay. The milkshake was probably the highlight of the meal. The fries were the second best thing about the meal. Crispy, salty, and perfectly sauced with the house fry sauce. Was not too impressed with their burger however. Tried the big burger. Dried out patty with little flavor. The only thing flavoring this was the burger ranch sauce – a mayo based pickled relish sauce, practically thousand island dressing without the ketchup. It was good but they doused the burger with it to compensate for the dry burger. I would come back for fries and a milkshake, not the burger.

The burgers are literally children’s burgers look at the size in my hands.
Very dry very plain and the smallest patty I have seeing in a burger.
I am from California looking for a good charbroiled burger in Tacoma or close to it.
Washington apparently doesn’t have great burger places.
Now I’m not comparing to in and out or chain burger places in California but looking for the old school charbroiled 1/4 lb burgers which are abundant in California.
These burgers should not be considered adult food, they said they don’t put tomato in their burgers either.
Very disappointed in this place it is a joke of a burger.

I can’t say enough about a good burger place! I’ve been here a multitude of times, and never once have they ever failed me or my girl. Their food is awesome every time.
One of the biggest benefits of this place is their staff: they are always happy! They always seem to have fun while they work.
The burgers here are nice sized for the price. They have some smaller burgers and things for the lunchtime munchies, and some bigger ones for those of us (Myself included) who need a little more food in our meals. The fries are a perfect amount of crispy (My girls favorite) and soft ones (My fav).
They have tons of menu items, so I am sure you’ll find SOMETHING to suffice your inner fat kid. They even have ICE CREAM AND BAKED GOODS! (I know, right?!)
And this place is a historic one for Tacoma. Been here for a loooong time. I highly, highly suggest a “Big Daddy” burger. Try these guys out. I’m sure they won’t disappoint!

I liked it. It felt like the kinda burger place thats so kitch and campy that it seems like it’s a scene from a Tarantino movie wgen ordering. I double dog dare ya to order the milk shake.
The Bonanza is great two. The Chili dog is good, and they have the Hawaiin burger. No Big Kahuna, but they do have the Big Daddy Burger.

My husband and I went for the first time and I was pretty disappointed. The milkshake was fine but by the time we got through the drive through our food was completely cold. I don’t doubt the fries would have been excellent if warm. My husband thought his burger was pretty good even if it was cold. Overall, just ok. Fair warning, the wait was approximately 30 minutes for 3 cars to get served in the drive through and the dining area was closed.

Really disappointed, I get inflation and businesses are struggling but cutting the tenders in half and counting each half as a whole one for your chicken strip meals is pretty low. We loved coming and here and the food is good but deceitful places are not worth it to me.

I love this place! Best Hawaiian burger ever! I still give the 5 stars even tho I stood there in plain sight with a bright orange shirt on and nobody took my order. After a solid 5 minutes I went next door to the competitor. I will still go to burger ranch over the establishment next door. Hopefully next time I can get my order taken so I don’t have to elsewhere. I would rather have burger ranch food. I guess everyone has their bad days. I forgive you burger ranch!

This was my first time here and it was pretty amazing! Service was super fast and the food was delicious!! Lisa was at the front and was amazing! She made me feel very welcome!
