I really wanted to like this place because the atmosphere is beautiful and the space itself looks great. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to that first impression. The service was quite slow, and the food was extremely disappointing.
My husband and I were genuinely excited to go out for a good breakfast, so this visit felt like a real letdown. I ordered the mac & cheese with brisket and grilled onions, expecting something rich and flavorful, but there was no taste at all. Everything we tried was bland — honestly some of the most flavorless food I’ve ever had.
It wasn’t about the money as much as it was about the wasted time and the disappointment after looking forward to the meal. I hate leaving negative reviews, but the kitchen seriously needs attention. If Fieri is putting its name on this place, the food should match that standard.
I hope they make improvements, because the location and atmosphere have real potential.

We can see the food from where we’re sitting, ready to be sent out. They’re purposely taking a long time to take out orders so your food settles and you dont get to fully utilize the All-You-Can-Eat. The portions are small too. We ordered the brisket mac n cheese and it came with 4 pixels of brisket. The eggs were so dry on top you could tell theyve been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. All in all its easy to see how an advertisement for $20 all you can eat can lure people in, because you are definitely not getting your money’s worth.

As a thriller and romance author attending an Author convention in Vegas, I appreciate this restaurant.
The Guy Fieri restaurant between the Horseshoe and Paris hotels is one of my favorite stops during my thriller and romance author convention trips. I’ve been to many of these events and this spot always delivers.
I love the branded burger bun. It’s a small detail but it stands out and the quality backs it up. The beer and liquor selection is solid too which makes the evening more fun when you’re talking plot, tropes, and pure adventure.
For Vegas the prices are reasonable. The staff are always on top of things. I rarely wait long to be seated or served.
Recommended for reasonable eats at the Horseshoe and Paris hotels.

My family and I recently tried Flavortown Sports Kitchen for the all you can eat brunch on a Friday afternoon. I love the concept but did not really enjoy the food. The quality of the food was pretty low and it was definitely lacking in flavor. I wouldn’t expect to get gourmet food at a $19.99 buffet but this was pretty drab. They have several items that qualify for the $19.99 all you can eat but a few items like the chicken and waffles and avocado toast have a charge of $5.00 and if you’re with a group of 4 and one person orders those items then everyone at the table gets charged $24.99 to avoid sharing. I decided to look past this and go ahead and order the chicken and waffles and I was really disappointed. The fried chicken had way too much batter and not enough (if any) seasoning and the waffle wasn’t impressive either. If you want a lot of food but aren’t necessarily worried about it being any better than someplace like Denny’s then this is probably a good option. The server was very sweet but the place was super busy and the food took a really long time to arrive. We had made reservations so we didn’t have to wait long for a table but I saw a lot of people waiting and then leaving because it was taking way too long to be seated. In my opinion this was just another over rated celebrity chef restaurant.

We have been visiting this restaurant for the past couple of years, and every December it has been a place we intentionally return to. In previous visits, we consistently enjoyed an outstanding dining experience that reflected the high standards expected from a Celebrity Chef–branded restaurant.
Unfortunately, this most recent visit fell well below those expectations. While prices have noticeably increased, the quality of the food did not reflect that change. In fact, the overall dining experience was subpar and not in line with the standards we have come to expect—nor with the reputation of this brand. The Garbage Can Brisket Nachos, and the Mac Daddy chicken sandwich in particular, were extremely disappointing and did not represent the quality or creativity associated with Guy Fieri’s name.
The Nachos were cold, soft, and the brisket if you could find it amongst the beans was hard. The macaroni and cheese in the Mac Daddy was just a cold blob.
That said, The hostess, Faith, was exceptional. She provided beautiful customer service, was genuinely apologetic, and handled the situation with professionalism and grace. She truly represented the brand well—unfortunately, the food did not.
This experience left us wondering whether the leadership behind the brand is fully aware of what is currently being served at this Las Vegas location.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we have always enjoyed this restaurant and would like to see it return to the level of quality it once consistently offered.

Came here recently Sunday for lunch and to watch the football games. Sat in the bar area—lots of huge screens to watch multiple games at once. Got the Smoked Brisket Nachos to start off—huge portion! Buffalo Chicken Wings were just okay but the Off Da Hook Fish N’ Chips were good. Our server Christina was awesome, and food came out fairly quick.
Note: they do take Caesar drink vouchers here.

Stopped in for breakfast/brunch at this place. Never ate at one of his restaurants before. They had all you could eat for a price. So we went with that when we were waiting for our room to be made up. We sat at the bar because there was a wait for a table and we could get right in. They have a full menu at the bar and everybody was very nice. I felt like the food was good but nothing to write home about, but it wouldn’t prevent me from going back.

I had a reservation for 9:45 ,turned up at 9:15 and they graciously accommodated me. I got seated and my server came over to take my order.
My food came out in a reasonable time, was nice and hot and delicious. I went for the all you can eat brunch for 19.99 and added the avocado toast for 5 bucks extra. I had high hopes to try more than 2 dishes but I was full as an egg pretty quick.
I had read some negative reviews ,that was not my experience and would recommend going. Thanks to everyone for such a delicious breakfast for a well reasonable price. To quote an 80’s movie “I’ll be back “

I definitely recommend making a reservation. Christina was our server, and she was very attentive and helpful. We decided to select from the brunch menu which was $19.99pp. We had the All-American Breakfast Slam which was decent. How can you really mess up sausage, eggs and potatoes right? Side note, just an FYI if you like cheese in your eggs it is an extra $4.00 which to me is insane. The Chicken N’ Waffles (which was an extra $5 pp) were just ok. The waffle was decent, but the chicken had absolutely NO flavor. The Tonkatsu Club was really good! I’m sure it was the same chicken that is served with the chicken and waffles, but the Asian slaw and the spicy mayo gave the sandwich all of its flavor. Overall, it was ok, but I wouldn’t hurt myself to get there. Good service goes a long way, and I think that is what saved our experience.

I definitely understand why this location is rated so low. Come to look at a menu 3 host standing next to me. No hi no nothing. I ask table for 2. They said it will be a 20-25 minute wait. The restaurant was a quarter capacity. I definitely don’t recommend this locatio. It definitely shows you why they have to run a lunch brunch all you can eat everyday……….
