OMG, this Wendy’s is THE BEST. My food was FRESH as ALWAYS. And the crew kept me laughing the whole time. What great way to start my day. Kudos to you guys are the bomb.

2nd time lady at front counter has messed up my order. One of my baconator patties was not cooked properly. Cashier was using foul language and bad talking the rest of the crew. Complete lack of professionalism. Tried calling to inform the manager the meat is under cooked and the phone was answered but just left off the hook.

I went through drive the through and ordered some biggie bags, wanting sweet and sour. I was told sweet and sour was no longer available but I could try this new sauce called sweet chili. I asked if I could get one to try and was told she would have to charge me. I understand for a sauce that has been out for a while, but for a new sauce that replaced an old one just to try?
I then wait for my food, roughly 2-3 minutes which isn’t an issue, and discover that there were no straws for my drinks, no spoons for the frostys, the food was cold, and I was missing a sauce for one of the biggie bags. All of this seems intentionally done by the staff.

I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad. What i got was waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, pulled up, waited another 5 minutes just to get the salad with no pecans, Caesar dressing and a salad with mostly lettuce . Fed it to my dogs because they like lettuce for some reason.

We’ll it’s Wendy’s. They have really good food that’s served fast, fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and name your orders custom and correctly in my experience. They have all the regular fast food burger joint stuff, and some different things like chilly cheese fries, chili, nuggets and chicken tenders, and cinnamon rolls with icing for a sweet dessert or you can grab cookies and or a chocolate or vanilla Frosty.

Not the best wendys I’ve ever been to, but definitely not the worst. Had a few good experiences and 1 terrible one. Hopefully as time goes on the good will far out weigh the bad. The food is fresh and generally well made, but they have a problem remember what you ordered / checking what they have put in the bag.

Serendipity
Tried the classic chicken bacon pub sandwich on a pretzel bun. Though it shows in the pictures big crispy onion rings on it whereas ours only had a few crumbs of the onions, so that was disappointing. Sauce was a bit sparse as well, so added some extra chicken dipping sauce I had at home. Overall it was tasty and would order it again, hoping whoever prepares it does a better job next time.

Just waited 25 minutes to receive a barely warm bag of food that had been sitting out and forgotten about. We were told it’d be a couple minutes for fresh chicken, but no one delivered the bag when ready.

$8 Baconator ordered from app. 1 piece of bacon broken into 5 pieces. And some random slop of condiments I guess. I threw it in the trash. This location was just on the news. You’d think they’d try to do better after being assaulted. Nope. Next time we can skip all the foreplay and I’ll mail you $8 and you throw a sandwich in the trash.
