Pleasant and popular Chinese-American restaurant with a bar and two separate dining areas. Lunch buffet available and suggested if you are hungry and would like to sample a wider range of their menu, including many of their appetizers. The offerings are adapted to American tastes/preferences; in my opinion are about average in terms of quality. (For authentic Szechuan or other regional Chinese cooking, there are other options in Worcester.) The staff are welcoming and attentive. The environment is good for couples, friends and small groups wanting to socialize and share a meal together. Plenty of parking (on-grade lot) and physically handicapped accessible.

Usually love this place. I plated myself some food noticed this extra crispy noodle, moved it to the side, continued to eat. I picked it up with my hand noticed it was metal got a magnet to verify, and now I am completely disgusted. Food businesses need to do better… be better. This sucks because my once safe food definitely wasn’t safe. And will never be the same…. Thankfully my kids didn’t consume and it was me but this is a big disappointment.

Service was a bit slow to wait on us but the food and dining area were good. Lots of great options to share amongst the table. Will be back soon.

This place has the best food, hands down! This isn’t your normal cheap asian food buffet either. I loved the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and informative. I will definitely be coming back .

Highly disappointed with this meal. I ordered based on the great reviews, but it was definitely not worth the money. The crab rangoons had a bitter aftertaste, the chicken was soggy instead of crispy, and even the fried rice lacked flavor and came out bland. The chicken looked pale and unappetizing, nothing like what you’d expect from a proper fried dish. Overall, a letdown. I won’t be ordering again.

I do not normally search to review a restaurant positively. How good is Nancy Chen’s? My youngest son and girlfriend “must” take out their food, and refuse to buy Oriental foods in NYC where they are lifelong residents! Nothing compares.and the rest of my family agrees too. One of us is vegan, and it is terrific the options the person has.
Taste, quality, freshness, preparation are all a step above others. I just had an exciting leftover lunch when I got home from work, after discovering no one had finished the pork fried rice we had recently. Awesome food people, just awesome. Thank you.

First time here. Nice atmosphere in older mill type building that is all redone. Nice bar area. We sat in the dining area. Fast friendly staff.
Food came out fast, fresh and hot. I got the mushi pork with pancakes, which was very tasty. Chicken wings for appetizers with szechuan sauce are so good, and pork buns were delicious. Definitely be back

We enjoyed superb vegan options here during a company dinner. The most
important thing to know is the vegan chicken; they can transform any chicken dish into a top notch vegan version. I recommend it and I am excited to visit again.
