I still think this is one of the better McDonald’s in the area. For the most part, the employees are always super nice here. Orders are usually quick and correct! I would personally drive a little farther to go to this store over any others within a 5 or so mi radius.

Came in to try the new S’mores McFlurry and had such a smooth experience! The place was really clean and the workers were so kind. They knew I was filming for a collab and made sure I had everything I needed, even took a moment to chat with me, which made it feel really welcoming. Loved the vibe and the dessert didn’t disappoint!

Tried to use a deal on the app. Gave them the four digit code. Said it wouldn’t work to just give them a different code. Their own app only lets you use one every 15 minutes. They refused to work with me at all. Won’t honor their own promotions

I’ve managed a McDonald’s in the past. Quality was absolutely unacceptable. Reg meat looks like it was burnt straight from grill and then left in cabinet since they started serving lunch this morning. Dry and disgusting. Buns were hard and stale. One bottom bun was missing. Fries were cold. Manager fixed the order but unfortunately this just isn’t acceptable for a fast food franchise as large as McDonald’s. Do better guys.

The level of cleanliness over last year or two has decreased in this place. The floor feels sticky, small particles of trash laying around, the smell next to the restrooms is unpleasant and all of that unfortunately makes me question the sanitary conditions in the kitchen as well.

On mornings i come in and get something to eat, today my bagel was perfectly crispy, along with the bacon, and the customer service was superb. Very friendly, kind worker at the front and a noticeably communicative staff in the back.

Customer service was friendly via drive-thru. Got my food, opened it when I got home. The presentation looked sloppy. When I picked up my chicken sandwich there was a dead bug laying on the lettuce. Absolutely disgusted and annoyed!! Yuck! Immediately took pictures and then threw it away. Then, I called so I can speak with the manager to tell him/ her what happened. Days later, I returned to West View McDonald’s to get a full refund. The manager was cooperative, very apologetic and gave me a full refund with no problem. He even said he would let his GM, (general manager), know about this incident and he will personally check the food in the back for more bugs. (But I don’t know if he really did any of this.). I will not go back to this McDonald’s again because this was my second unfortunate mishap. (Another time, my chicken was hard as a brick, no exaggeration)!

Usually takes a while to get your food at this location even if there is only 1 other car in the drive thru, and food normally doesn’t come out the freshest. It’s ok if you just need something quick but I’d rather drive just a little further to one of the locations on McKnight rd
