Went in for breakfast, the general manager service was a poor. She was working drive thru. Told me she was be right with me. Took my order and walked away. Never handed me my receipt. Just poor customer service. Not sure if i will go back there. Maybe it was because i was black.

Haven’t been to this place in about two (2) years. The restaurant was remodeled. The seating is nice, and the atmosphere was nice. Food was good. The portions were decent sizes and the food was prepared well. The service was also good. The cashier and the server were on the quiet side, but overall their customer service was good.

I go to Hardee’s a lot and I’m getting a little angry that I ask for bacon on my famous star which is a $1 extra and they don’t even put it on there half the time. That’s absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention I also asked for extra onions and lettuce and they gave both sandwiches I ordered maybe 2 slices of onion if that, and 1 piece of lettuce. The only thing they got right was the extra mayo. The food tasted fine but it’s just irritating that they charge $1 extra for bacon and then they don’t even put it on the burger. If they keep stuff like this up, I may have to rethink Hardee’s as my dinner choice when I want to get fast food
Edit: I will definitely not be getting fish from here ever again. Asked for extra lettuce, extra tartar sauce and extra onions…they put barely any lettuce and maybe 2 very small onions on it and barely any tartar sauce plus I also asked for cheese. Plus they also put tomato on which I didn’t ask for! Never again(least for their fish). There’s absolutely no excuse for them not to read what I put on my mobile order! How hard is that??? They do a better job following it when it’s a burger

So employee I assuming a supervisor was having a disciplinary meeting with 3 employees in the dinning area entire time was eating. Loud and hearing all the rings that are being done here not wanting me to ever revisit this location. Very unprofessional and made me question if I should be eating food here.

UPDATE – Son got us lunch from Hardee’s. Got us the Mushroom ‘n Swiss meals. WHY DO I THINK THEY WILL EVER GO BACK TO HOW THEY WERE????
Does anyone remember when this burger was full of mushrooms and sauce? When you picked it up the sauce would just drip off you hands?? When the cheese was melted?? And it was DELICIOUS????

Their food has gone downhill so far, nothing would help them. They’re first mistake was changing their burger! The ham had a funky taste. Rolls were dry.
The inside was filthy. Tables & floors were not kept up. Will not waste my time again. Highly NOT recommended!!

Been awhile since I’ve been to a Hardee’s but this was actually a pleasure to be here. Wasn’t loud and overbearing and there were quite a few positives; Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly and accommodating and food was fresh and hot! I’m local so I’ll definitely return. Especially since they have crinkle cut fries now. Definitely a plus!
