Mastio delivers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere paired with some of the area’s best pizzas. We tried the classic “Maggan” and the “Bror,” topped with salsiccia, mascarpone cream, n’duja–honey vinaigrette, and a parmesan crisp—both flavorful and thoughtfully composed. Dessert featured a smooth tiramisu with cherries, enjoyed alongside well-made coffee.

A pleasant atmosphere inside, high-level service, and excellent oven-baked pizza. The beet pizza is probably the most questionable item on the menu.

Great little local place south of Malmo with a local beer. The pizzas are simple but very good. I can recommend the marinara pizza with sardines. We sat at the bar.

It is rather easy to find good pizza in Malmö and Mastio is in my personal top 3. I like the simple menu with a few choices centered around quality ingredients. The pizza itself may not be the traditional Neapolitan pizza but it is delicious. Very crispy and light crust,
and never soggy despite the generous topping. The interior is really nice and they tried to do their best to ensure safety during these coronavirus times. I also enjoyed a rather strong Negroni (first time I matched it with pizza!). The price is high but not more than other comparable places, and within the expected Swedish range. The service was relaxed and kind. I loved the location, as it really far out the city center.
I imagine it being pretty amazing during summer. Looking forward to a new visit!

One of the best pizzas i’ve ever had and my god i’ve had many. Lovely place, lovely staff. There wasn’t an english menu which was a bummer but waitress did offer to help translate. For the second time in my life i tried a vegan pizza and it was genuinely better than the other non vegan pizza we had. Super impressed. Will come again

We enjoyed the early (birthday) dinner ambience at Mastio. Bror pizza was delicious aside from Maggan. Recommended drink pairings are Pizza Cider and Italo lager. They also have wine selection. Easy to book a table and the 17:00-19:00 slots were great times for a Saturday dinner, at least for us. The owners are humble considering that Sandra is already a celebrity. Will go back for another pizza and maybe try their lunch menu because they have pasta during those times.

First time here. I took their “maggan”, their most simple pizza to just test their foundation. And it was really tasty, the bread was good, all their ingredients mixed together tasted really well. Nothing to complain about.
The price is above your average, but you get what you pay for.
The place is kind of small and there is a lot of people all the time. So make sure to book or you might just find a small cramped space to dine at or non at all most of the time.
Service, they all speak english, they look inexperienced sometimes and lack the small details in serving. But that is only for someone with the keen but picky eye like mine.

Delicious pizza, very tasty with good flavour. I really liked this spot, and would definitely come back here. I would say the standard pizza burrata and mozzarella. The wine selection is also good, and my gin and tonic was great. If I had to critique the pizza I would say that it had a bit too much oil, and that the dough was a bit too heavy and dense.

Really nice stone-oven baked pizzas, only surpassed in the local area and my experience by the ones at Mother in Copenhagen. Nice location by the dock for sunny days and excellent service, our waitress Jessica (I think) was extremely skilled at her profession.
