We went expecting a nice dinner, but the experience was very disappointing.
The service was poor from the start. Our server appeared bored and disengaged, with no energy or enthusiasm.
I ordered a $52 steak cooked medium; it arrived well done. The asparagus that was supposed to be sautéed was served raw, which is unacceptable at this price point.
My boyfriend ordered a Neapolitan pizza. What we received was nowhere close to a Neapolitan pizza and instead resembled a low-quality frozen pizza from the supermarket.
Overall, the food quality and service did not match the restaurant’s prices or the expectations set by the menu. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do not waste your money

Me and my lady had valentine’s day reservations. We were greeted by the most wonderful smiles as soon as we walked through the doors.
The service was amazing. We don’t dine at too many Italian restaurants so when they brought the bread we were a little confused. Our waiter Gustavo did a great job answering all of our questions.
So our meal started off with the bread olive oil and Parmesean cheese. That alone was so delicious.
Then we moved on to our appetizer. We ordered the fried calamari. It was exactly what calamari should be. But it was good. Crispy and flavorful.
And then the main course. My lady ordered the half chicken. I tasted it and it had like a lemon herb sauce that made me want to keep reaching off of her plate. And I ordered a sea food pasta with calamari. The calamari was so tender and the sauce had so much flavor.
We also ordered some mushrooms and some steamed vegetables. The mushrooms were definitely my favorite out of the two.
The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and the ambience was perfect for for a date night. I definitely recommend.

The Francesca’s chain always delivers a solid italian meal and delicious well made cocktails. I appreciate their consistency and reasonable pricing as well as their kind service. I’m a fan of Carpaccio and their version is well done. Every Francesca’s fan has their favorite location, but I’m pleased to say each one holds their own. We enjoyed their shrimp scampi linguine and eggplant parmesan with warm bread as a starter. The olive oil cake and their amazing chocolate profiteroles were a sweet end. Yum!

We had an amazing quinceañera dinner celebration for my daughter at Francesca’s in Oak Lawn. The private room was perfect for our small group of people. The staff was super accommodating and they made the night stress free. They helped our guests with great customer service and the food was amazing. Overall we had the best experience and would highly recommend them for future events.

We had a business meal and the staff and service was excellent offering suggestions for appetizers and main courses. We enjoyed the atmosphere and ease of discussion while eating the excellent food. Several in the group ordered the Cod fish entree with lemon sauce whilst others ordered the beef medallions with mushrooms, lasagna and beef bolognese spaghetti. The drink selection was excellent and each person was satisfied with their choices.

Mom’s 90th Family Luncheon – First let me say what a great experience the whole family had at Francesca’s on 95th. Michael Wrobel helped me set up our party with a fantastic assortment of menu items to choose from. Even the children were happy with the entrees. The wait staff were attentive and made sure we were all very happy. The food was outstanding! Thank you again!

Great service. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was flavorful. Sausage and peppers cooked to perfection. The pasta was also good flavor the pasta itself was a little undercooked for my liking but it didnt disappoint on flavor. The beet salad wasn’t bad just didn’t like the walnut butter that much. The fish was yuuuumm. Will be back

First time at Francescas to celebrate a friends birthday and I must say that last night 1/30/26 was great. Our server Irene was very nice and also the other waiters that jumped in to help clear the tables and bag our left overs. From the host who recieved us at the front desk to the servers great service. The food was delicious, very presentable, the desserts amazing. Great experience overall. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its food, service and ambience….Thank you for such an awesome experience…….

This brand doesn’t miss! I’ve frequented the Lakeview, Northbrook and now Lincolnwood locations. I can now add this location to my roster when I’m heading south to see my family! Same excellent quality food! Same deliciously crafted cocktails! Same (but different)stellar staff!! Oscar, Giselle and Oz made our afternoon unforgettable! Dining al fresco surrounded by beautiful flowers further enhanced the experience. Thank you so much for a spectacular meal and a lovely afternoon! We will be back!
