Since Pizzana’s Los Angeles debut in April 2017, the restaurant from partners Candace & Charles Nelson has garnered critical and national acclaim for Master Pizzaiolo Daniele Uditi’s inspired take on the Naples staple. In addition to Michelin Bib Gourmand accolades, Pizzana was recently recognized as one of the top pizzerias in the world by international guide, 50 Top Pizza. Uditi also appears as a lead judge on Hulu’s Best in Dough pizza competition series. Our signature slow dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use stone ground flour and San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or fior di latte, is shipped fresh from Italy.
Sprinkles Cupcakes’ savory venture, with thin-crust pizza & salads inspired by California produce.

The service made the experience even better. The hostess was very nice and friendly, and Danielle, the manager, came by our table twice to check in—she was so kind and welcoming. Our server, Donovan, was amazing: very attentive, helpful, and guided us through the menu with the best recommendations.
I also love the little touches that make Pizzana special. They are dog-friendly (yes, they even have dog pizza on the menu!), and they offer a membership that gives you one free pizza a month when you spend $25 or more, plus a free dessert on your birthday. Parking is convenient too, with meters and neighborhood parking available.
Overall, Pizzana Brentwood exceeded all expectations: comforting atmosphere, outstanding food, and prime service. I can’t wait to go back!
A must visit restaurant!!
I have tried a few things, but have to say I usually go for the same things. However, looking to try more of their menu. Their bolognese is great. I really enjoy their pizza. And, I like the fact that they offer beef pepperoni. The vodka pasta was okay, nothing too crazy in my opinion.
They also have a great happy hour with pizza and margarita cocktail, but never got the chance to actually try it.
Overall, for that price range, it’s a cool place to check out with great options!
Lovely experience at this pizza place, with incredibly attentive servers, a fun view of the kitchen staff through the glass barrier, and deliciously fresh food. Be aware that large parties May face a long wait time unless you make a reservation and parking can be tricky.
We ordered three pizzas and two antipastas for a group of five and it was the perfect amount. The artichoke was out of this world: The meat of the artichoke on the bottom was creamy and had a sharp taste of lemon, which was a delicious contrast to the crispy leaves and aromatic pine nuts on top, but the intensity of garlic overall enticed me the most. The broccolini was slightly spicy, balanced by the smooth cream dollops and crisp melted parmesan. It was cooked perfectly with a tender bite.
As for pizzas, the diavola was the showstopper for me because the spicy salami was well balanced with the sweet honey and toasted walnuts. The Neo Margherita championed the cheese and I loved the charcoal bits on the crust.
We were recommended the grilled artichoke and the vodka pizza along with other things by our server, and we opted for those two.
The Vodka pizza was unlike any other. The crust was baked to perfection, the cheese, the sauces, the meat everything went along so well! The grilled artichoke was delicious as well, with the crispy artichoke flakes and the lemon butter sauce were stunning.
The service was 10/10, with both our servers providing exceptional service throughout our dinner. We also got the olive oil chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and it was so moist, and perfectly divine.
They had a special deal running where if you sign up for their rewards program you get a delicious $5 margarita.
The ambiance was pleasant as well, I liked the artwork on the walls.
Overall, i 100% recommend, and I’ll definitely be coming back here to try other pizzas and pastas.
It is very pretty and we often eat there. This time we did take away. It was perfect.
This is Daniele Uditi’s place and is recommended by Michelin. This pizza is Naples type pizza, but they go out of their way to get great sourced toppings.
The signature “slow dough” is meticulously prepared and allowed to ferment for two days. This gives a light crust but still sturdy enough to pick up with one hand.
They have the best toppings. Don’t let my photos fool you. My husband took of a bunch of my toppings and left me with just a few, which is best for me. They never skimp on toppings. You will just love it.
Their pastas are also great and I usually get one when we dine there. The Creste alla Vodka, Pappardelle alla Bolognese and Spaghetti al Pomodoro are all great, it just depends on your mood at the moment.
We also love their salads. The arugula salad with, spinach, shaved fennel, lemon zest, pine nut, parmigiano, lemon citronette is my favorite, but they also make a great chopped salad.
And here, never miss dessert. They have their own pastry chef and all of it is good. My favorite is the three Panna Cottas with salted caramel sauce and caramelized pretzel and also their Torta al Limone which is the best lemon sponge cake, white chocolate frosting, candied lemon. It also can go home with ease. You really need to pick one.
The place is just a happy place to be.
