This is your typical McDonald’s in regards to food and service, but it’s way cooler. The decor is awesome — ocean-themed with bright colors, light-up tables, and electronic tablets with multiple games. There’s also a neat play place that really stands out. The restaurant was fairly clean overall, though the drink station was a bit of a mess. The decor and play area made the experience so fun, especially for families.

Definitely a cute rainy day activity for our freshly turned 5 year old. Fun screens that have games on them and a fun atmosphere! It does close from 2pm to 3 pm every day for cleaning which I appreciated (and knew ahead of time what time they were closing so we could use as an excuse as to why we had to leave ha!)

I’ve desired for years for McDonalds to up their healthy options. Alas, not in 2025, but this place is a favorite for my kids. Great atmosphere. Clean. Magical. Highly recommend.

Went thru drive thru the other day to pick up dinner. Used my mobile app to order. Folks were nice enough and it moved swiftly but when I got home I saw they’d forgotten one of our fries and all the sauces ordered.
Double checking that all the order is there is a key component of an otherwise simple job. Disappointing.

Our first visit to this location and we are so impressed. The play area is absolutely amazing. Every staff member we had contact with went out of their way to help us and were so nice. Wish our McDonald’s in Pace/Milton were this nice. Loved loved loved that they play Christian music.

I ordered at the drive thru this morning. The young lady at the intercom was rude with an attitude. We payed and she was still rude . Went to the second window and got our food quickly I give them that . But as we are leaving the window I checked the bag and we were missing one meal. I had to go inside and get my food. The manager with blonde hair the tall one not the short one . LOOKED at me and ignored me. I waited 10 minutes just for someone to come attend me. A young lady that was making a doordash order came to me nicely and said how can I help you the only nice one there. But once I got home to enjoy my food my bagel is over toasted I bite it and it’s hard to even bite it . It’s super crunchy. Very horrible experience.

Play Place alone in here gives it 5 stars. Everything is updated to modern standards. Kids can play on a play ground or big tablet screens all while you can be in the AC.

Was greeted by 2 employees when I came in. I asked first thing do I have to use the app? (it seems like more and more things are getting automated these days so ♀️) Cashier said no you don’t, I’d be happy to help. I had a great interaction with the employees at this location. Sadly did not get their names. I was hoping it was on my receipt but I don’t see a name or even a cashier number.(timestamp of 11:58 AM on 1/20) A dark haired lady who waited on me, she was lovely and engaging we had a quick little chat about Tennessee. There was a wonderful gentleman with white hair and a mustache who greeted me at the door. I had never been inside this location before, he showed me where things were and helped me with the soda machine which is a little more automated than I’m used to. And while we’re at it, I was here maybe a month or so ago and went through the drive-through and the young lady running it that day was also very personable and just had a great attitude. The team at this location is great! Thank you!

I can say it is hit or miss here sometimes. One person there that always has a great attitude and always makes our experience better is Natasha she is awesome always smiling and taking care of customers. If you get the chance to go here see if Natasha is working and say Hi.
