Super friendly staff and a lovely view!!!

We stopped in for our 1 year anniversary and they certainly did not disappoint! The food and cocktails were absolutely delish!! definitely going to be coming back again!! Honestly! If a main doesn’t take your fancy, a selection of the starters is more than enough! That’s what we had and it filled us both up with leftovers!!!!

Highly recommend

We came here to escape the rain and it was perfect bc I was also craving mussels! We both order mussels and shared lemon garlic butter scallops which were definitely over cooked but over all everything was good. The broth or the mussels was quite heavy with the cream and towards the end I felt like I had drank a whole cup of heavy cream which made my tummy bubbly..

Primarily a fish restaurant with their own boat so do a catch of the day. Very well cooked fish, in our case mackeral and pollock. Good selection of starters. Excellent service. Great view right on the waterfront so you can see the boats coming in and out and wcross the channel.

Went today for valentine’s day. I had fish burger and chips and wife had crab baguette and chips. Burger was lovely. Chips were awful. Really cheap fries. For the price I expected better. The crab wasn’t to bad. Had better in Plymouth. The baguette it self looked nice but was dry and not even buttered and freezing cold. Like it hadn’t been out of freezer that long. As a chef myself I was disappointed. Staff were lovely tho

Waited long time to get our order taken. Got wrong drinks and waited for a juice about 10min. Not even one time anybody came to ask how is food. Food is not the best and very expensive. Service is very poor. I had half rack of ribs which was 26£. Very small plate for the price. My partner got burger. I would not pay 18£ for this. Looks worse than fast food. Children’s fish and chips was very dry.

Delicious fresh fish dishes and gorgeous scallops from the scallop shack. Make sure you book on the boat tour beforehand to get a discount on your meal.

Popped in for an early evening coffee. Splashing out… Tempted by the chips, they were really good. Cheeky half of Dartmoor IPA really good, too.
Dog enjoyed the complimentary bowl of water!
One small observation, the menus could be given a wipe.

Had lunch here, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Really excellent seafood my wife started with the garlic king prawns, l had the scallop with black pudding. Both were really good especially as my scallops still had their roe sacks. For main we had monkfish fillets my wife’s with garlic butter mine with lemon butter and capers. Very generous portions and beautiful prepared by Tegan and Matt. The only downside is if you sit out on the veranda you are expected to order through an app. Fortunately because of my wife’s coeliac condition and dietary requirements the lovely Jess came and took our order at the table. All in all a really great place to eat with views across the harbour .
