A friend and I stopped in for a Saturday lunch. It wasn’t too busy and we were seated right away. Our waitress was friendly, checked on us many times and refilled our drinks, and the food was tasty. I’ve always felt BDubs is expensive for what you get, and it is, but for a quick meal it was great. No complaints from either of us!

Our waitress was great! I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken and medium sauce, served with potato wedges, and it was delicious. My husband had the big double cheeseburger with fries, and he really enjoyed his meal as well. We also shared an order of cheese curds as an appetizer, which were super tasty. I paired everything with a draft Dogfish Head IPA, and it was delish!

Do not go to this location. Food takes forever to come out and is cold when you finally get it. Location on Lima is significantly better. Our last visit on 9/12/2025 we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food including wings and apps. Everything came out at the same time and wings were ice cold. Had to take a picture to show that we had to take everything home as it was genuinely inedible and we werent going to wait another 2 hours. That is an abject failure of a restaurant when your guests wait 2 hours and still leave hungry after spending $90. This is the 3rd time this has happened in 3 years of giving this place second chances but never again. I repeat, go anywhere else. Waitress was friendly.

Me and my fiancé have went to this location for years, since it’s the only one near us. I don’t know if it’s new management or people just not caring anymore. Always have an hour wait for food dining in or carrying out. We carried out tonight and were missing half our food. I know customer service/ food service is demanding but also spending the amount of money the food cost and waiting over an hour and missing half the order is unacceptable.

Went Saturday evening with myself 2 kids and my husband. No one came to seat us for about 5 minutes. Mind you it wasnt busy maybe 5 families seated. We were seated drinks ordered. Waitress came back to take our order. My husband ordered grilled dippers and fries. She then asked regular or spicy. He said spicy. So fast forward 20 mins. She comes an says they are behind with in restaurant orders because there was so many online orders that came in….10 more minutes she brings the food. The fries were over cooked and cold. Then come to the chicken dippers….they were breaded not grilled an not spicy. When the waitress finally came back after 15 minutes to check how the food was (no idea where she was hiding) my husband told her about the grilled spicy chicken her comment was oh didn’t hear you an they dont make spicy grilled…like they had a conversation about it. Then we had to ask 3 times for refills an she didnt even bring them. The wings were barley warm. Atleast the dippers my kids got were good ♀️ ♀️

This was really underwhelming. Really didn’t expect that from Bdub. I guess the mighty has fallen, far. Over priced and smaller portions. The wings are extra small and the cheesesteak was half the size expect. If you dare try at your own risk.

Ordered take out on a Thursday towards the end of March, only thing that was great was the taste of the food. We were told the order would take 45 minutes, which was understandable considering it was a Thursday, but we waited well over an hour with hardly any attention to the order while we stood at the pick up counter for nearly 20 minutes after our time. When the food was brought out, half the order was missing. The food was brought back out to us all shoved into one bag (5 boxes and all sauces) with a mess of sauce over the containers. We got home to eat and the food really wasn’t that warm anymore, as if it had been sitting behind the counter for a while before it was given to us. Also, be warned, if you order cheese curds to go, you are paying the same price for less than half an order you would get if dining in. Still 4-stars out of hopes this experience was based on the busy evening.

We were greeted right away. Order was taken and drinks came out , 45 min later after asking server a few times about our food it came out. The chicken sandwich was hot, the tater tots were cold. The replacement ones were better. My husband got tortilla chips and salsa. His chips came from a bag and were cold, the salsa was ok, but came in a little cup and and were only good for one or 2 chips. We always wonder wht we dont go there very ofton

Worst experience. Used to be one of my favorite places but not after this experience. 3pm on a Sunday and we waited 45 min to get our food. When our appetizer didn’t come out, our waitress came over to say she was going to check on the order because she didn’t know what was taking so long. Then instead of going to check, she took the orders for all the other tables who came in. When she did check she said the kitchen lost our ticket and it’d be out soon. 15 min later our food came out but the only thing that was hot was the cheese curds. My daughter’s chicken tenders were so hard she couldn’t bite into them. I couldn’t even bite into them. The fries were definitely sitting under a heat lamp for way too long because some of them were shriveled and all of them were cold. We asked for extra southwest ranch but couldn’t use them because they tasted like honey mustard mixed with southwest. Way too many issues and barely touched our plates. Asked for the bill and left about 10 min after getting our food and our waitress didn’t even seem to notice. Our waitress’s personality was very nice, but she was definitely spread too thin.

Absolutely by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I never received a menu, she provided me one after I had to ask for one, to which took 12 min to receive. Only to then, she never returned back to ask me if I would like to order anything to eat. Management is absolutely unprofessional, and not at all helpful or worried about customer satisfaction. They refused to give me any higher level leadership information, point of contact. It would be nice if corporate would care enough to reach out to get the details of this situation and camera footage of my experience at this location.
