Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food. Truthfully it has sucked at all the locations the past few years. This location though?? Holy crap. The nacho cheese sauce was actually hot! Crazy work. I’m prepared to drive from Crawfordville to this store when I want it. Everything was so good and actually made like it should be. Ratios were right, meat and sauces spread through the burrito instead of all clumped in one spot. Bangin. Whoever is running this one, you’re doing a fantastic job. Thank your employees for me please.

This (and the others in our area) are the worst Taco Bell restaurants I’ve ever been to on the east coast. The prices are higher than other franchises and the skimping on product is ridiculous. The employees are fine, they do what they can, but the franchisee management is tarnishing the brand.
It’s actually cheaper to get authentic Mexican food than eat at taco bell.

I tried this location many times and never felt wow. I don’t know the reason Taco Bell in Tallahasse is not good as other locations. Tables are dirty, food was hot, quantity is very low compared to other cities and both potato options tastes great. I got only one chicken piece in my burrito and other ingredients also missing, no idea how many days they have supply chain problems, and short staff. Request to the staff: Please maintain clean tables and restrooms. As a customer we want to come and eat inside as before covid.

Over the years, I’ve been slowly cutting certain menu items out because they aren’t made properly. At this point, I think I’ve given up. Tortilla chips always taste like old oil now so, I can’t order nachos bell grande. Chalupa shells are hard as rocks the majority of the time I get them so, I gave up on those (you can literally crack a piece of chalupa shell off and hit them on the table and watch them shatter). Mexican pizza tostadas are almost always made with old oil. Burritos are never made properly (I have to mix them up myself at home). It just isn’t worth it anymore. 🙁

Had a great experience here even though I didn’t want to eat that much I really enjoyed myself I even believe I saw the owner later on and he seemed very kind so I’m happy to say that I would offer to have any of my friends come here and I will invite anybody to come to this Wendy’s I would offer any of my friends to come here. I would recommend it to relatives and friends and even strangers. I really enjoyed it and even the employees were happy.

The staff here must think “bare minimum” is a personality trait. Listening? Following directions? Never heard of it. If disappointment had a drive-thru, it would be this Taco Bell. Do yourself a favor and skip it, go to Moe’s or Chipotle instead. You’ll pay about the same, but at least you won’t be playing mystery roulette with your order.

Easily the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And trust me, I’ve been to plenty of them. Taco Bell is my favorite quick stop for a bite to eat. This one stood out. Firstly, Yomi, the kind gentleman that took my order, provided A+ customer service. He was so sweet and made friendly conversation, all while keeping good pace and being time efficient. My food came out in just a couple minutes and was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. The whole restaurant was super clean. I will definitely be back.

Went through the drive-thru and told the boy that I wanted a number two which is three soft shell tacos and I wanted them supreme. Gave him the rest of my order. Went up and paid. Got my drink and when I got my food it’s completely wrong. He told me I got what I ordered and I ordered a number three.
