Quite frankly, when I walked in and saw the line person with their phone sitting on the front line and then grabbing it with her gloved hand to put back in her pocket, I should have turned around and walked out. I did ask her to change her gloves and continued with my visit though. She proceeded to offer the most rude, dry service, while being I believe as sloppy and non caring as she possibly could. Was this a packed restaurant? Line to the door? No. There were 3 people in line but the line was covered with debri, like it was peak. This line clearly was not being wiped or cleaned as they go for most of the night. Tomato’s in the cheese, dried sour cream on the counter, jalapeños in the sour cream. The grill person and manager are both walking around texting on their phone, and doing closing tasks 45 minutes to close while ignoring the front line as much as they can. Grill already off and CLEAN. My husband and I received the last of the chicken, to which she rudely looked at the woman in the line behind me and said “if you’re not good with steak or tofu, we can’t help you”. I worked at Chipotle from 2014-2019, we were instructed to keep making food and serving every customer until close. That customer ended up walking out the door without purchasing anything. My question is, what is online orders come in? Are you canceling them?
To top everything off, we were double charged for chips and a drink because the girl was RUSHING, and giving us half her attention.
I understand bad days but when you’re rude, unsanitary and non accommodating, something needs to be said.
tonight’s experience was more just a group of younger employees more worried about a facetime call one of them was on, and the girl who served me came out from the bathroom, threw gloves on and started making my food, ignored the whole washing your hands before you come on the line.
Another kid on break sitting in the lobby on facetime hitting a dab pen, while talking one facetime about “not being on camera view where he was”
half of there soda was out, which resorted in me only being able to get water or lemonade or half syrup soda.
this chipotle needs better management clearly
The only downside is traffic and parking. It’s an absolute disaster. So hard to get in and out of the parking lot due to intense traffic. And even if you manage it, the driveway has a huge dip, so you scratch the bumper if your car. Please add a rear entrance driveway!!
