I know I know… people don’t go to places like this for a cheeseburger. But let me tell you… these are so good! It’s like ordering an old fashioned cheeseburger from the 50s. The fries are so good… crunchy, light… everything a crinkle fry should be. So if you see me ordering this here, just know I’m about to have some amazing food too!

Literally one of the best Mexican food spots in the valley, hands down. It’s really hard to hit it all, but they do it. Staff? Pshh, 20/10. Literally the nicest people ever. Food? Same. Keeping up the consistency with your food when it’s as phenomenal as it is there is extremely difficult but they do every single time. Me and my wife (who is Mexican and vegetarian so the standard is high) have been going here for years, and by years I mean more than 5. It has never dropped below that consistency. Homemade tortillas to die for, Margaritas that actually have some kick, fajitas that will knock your socks off, all wrapped up like a good burrito within an incredibly warm, inviting and honestly beautiful atmosphere. They are the best. Treat them like it if you go, they deserve every bit of it!

From the moment you walk through the door, the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Mi Mexico instantly transports you. it’s like stepping right into the heart of Mexico. The vibrant decor and friendly staff create such a great vibe!
The food did not disappoint. We started with the chips and salsa, which were fresh and full of flavor. a perfect start to the meal. We tried the Mi Mexico Special Burrito with shredded meat and the Taco Salad, and both were absolutely delicious. Generous portions, beautifully seasoned, and served with care.
There’s plenty of parking, making the visit even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. great food, great energy, and a place we’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

The food is amazing! They have a book for menu. Everything is so fresh and huge portions. I love the atmosphere as well. I ordered a seafood enchiladas and a chili releno combo, my husband ordered the drunk chicken. We will definitely be back. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Absolutely perfect, and epic experience at the Mi Mexico restaurant in Burlington. Big, delightfully decorated place with a cool bar. Excellent food (my mouth’s watering while remembering it), great chips and salsa, including extra hot if you ask for it!, decently powered drinks, nice bartenders and servers and managers, happy faces… Just a very awesome and welcoming place for a great meal.

I came in with my family and they sat us right away and service was very quick. There were seven of us so we would’ve understood if we’d had to wait, but they were awesome. Everything was delicious and our server was very nice. The chips and salsa were so good. The only thing was the portions were HUGE so we ended up leaving a lot of food behind. But it wasn’t because it wasn’t delicious!!

Came for an early dinner (4:00pm on a Monday), it wasn’t busy. Atmosphere’s decent, fun colors, music wasn’t too loud, and booths are large, which was nice since it allowed for privacy.
We had two different servers, both were very friendly! My only minor criticism is they didn’t check on us after ensuring our meals were accurate, and we had to wave them down for our bill. This wasn’t a big deal to us since they were so friendly.
•Tortillas & Salsa 4.25/5: tortillas served warm = bonus points. Salsa was fresh with the right amount of kick!
•Tostada 4/5: their tostada’s great, it has everything – avocado, sour cream, protein (your choice), lettuce, side of refried beans and rice. This could easily be shared.
•Taco + Enchilada with Rice & Beans Combo 3.75/5: shredded chicken was tender, nicely seasoned, I’d recommend it over the other proteins. Personally, I found the shredded beef too salty and couldn’t eat it, but the rice and beans were delish!
I plan to return and would like to try some of their other dishes! 🙂

Had my daughter’s birthday dinner at Mi Mexico. It is an enjoyable atmosphere, serving various authentic Mexican entrees. The offer a varried menu of cocktails, beer etc. They sang happy birthday in both English and Spanish and brought several sophipias with delicious sweet sauce allowing more than just the birthday girl to enjoy a few bites. Be aware: If you find the salsa too spicy and request a milder version you get tomato sauce or worse yet, they laugh while bringing unnecessary attention & drawing patrons near your table to on look while insinuating your a baby & offer ketchup. Many people have stomach issues and although they love flavor they can not tolerate the heat of jalapenos or other hot and or, spicy peppers. BE KIND vs SAUCY and offer a mild, flavorful salsa vs tomato sauce or worse…ketchup, to ADD to something you CAN’T TOLERATE to BEGIN WITH. (Not) Sorry, but degrading a patron & drawing extra attention while offering ketchup wasn’t percieved as funny, no matter how many giggling strangers you enticed to look. (Meanwhile we’re trying to teach children at the table to NOT to be bullies in ANY manner) . . . Just saying. Therefore a 2 was given for service, otherwise the food was hot and served in a timely manner.
