Of course the food is good it’s McDonald’s but it took almost 40 minutes to receive my food and it was lowkey a big order but I used to work in McDonald’s and I’ve never taken over 40 minutes to hand out an order of 3 meals..
On top of that none of the fries were full the mediums could’ve very well been a small. And the larger fry was basically empty. All the food was cold including the fries and cheese burger.
Horrible McDonald’s, staff awful, the little Hispanic lady who is apparently one of the higher ups wouldn’t answer my question on how much longer. I do not recommend

Ordered curbside pick up over 30 minutes before closing time. I already paid for my order, no body brought the order out to us. Went to the drive through and still no body telling anybody they are closing and just letting a huge line grow in the drive thru. Employees just walking around inside and ignoring everyone and all the customers. Wasted almost an hour of our time trying to get food that we already paid for and was supposed to be ready before we even got there. App won’t ask let me request a refund have to call the store. Clearly employees don’t care… not mad I didn’t get my food just want my money back.

They jacked up prices, make you pull ahead in the drive through because wait time is too long, but if you pull ahead they meet the corporate drive through time requirement. Used to be the best now the worst in area. Egg McMuffin went from $3.00 to $4.99 Boycott them until they get competitive again. Once sales go too low they will lower to draw you back in. BOYCOTT !!

Absolutely a waste of time. I did get my food and all, but they messed up my orders, took like REALLY long for getting my food and the food for the person in front of me, and my order was really simple. Of course, I understand it can be hard to work at food places, but almost everytime I’ve been coming here these last two months, I’ve been met with the same thing. The codes always get messed up, the kiosks are absolutely horrendous, and it’s just been slow overall. I don’t know what’s happening or why this is taking so long.

It’s McDonald’s. When you have that urge for a Big Mac! Fast friendly drive-thru. Never had any issues with messed up orders. It’s McDonald’s so you know what you’re going to get, from your breakfast to your lunch to your dinner. Inside is nice and clean and modern so if you’d rather stop and sit and eat it is warm and welcoming.

I ordered food and asked for honey mustard sauce…I asked again when I paid no response I asked again when picking up the food they said we have to charge…I was more than willing to pay but he shut the window and walked away…then food was ice cold large french fries was less full than medium one .I called to tell manger she was extremely rude…I called corporate number on the receipt no call back I emailed them no response…I will starve before I ever go there again. I only stopped there because I was at the emergency room for 3 hours with my son…

5 stars for the Huge Wonderful Play yard and Great games and light up tables!!! Needs more cleaning and better food. The cleaning guy was the most professional. The cashier was clueless and the manager was not very professional.

Entered the parking lot about 10:15 AM today, Saturday to see at least 10 cars in line so, as I was simply planning to purchase a coffee and apple pie, I entered the store. After ordering on the kiosk I waited behind two other customers for my order. After 15 minutes of waiting and with only one of the two customers having received their order, and all workers burroughed by the drive up windows not upfront at all, I left the store empty handed .

My local mcdonalds. My mobile order has been lost or unmade at least 5 times here. The staff does not want to work the register. You legitimately have to step around the pass and ask for service, they will activatly ignore you. Other than that it’s pretty good.
