I stop by there today for lunch. The Supremes tasted strange also very mushy. The dirty rice was like eating a bowl of cream full of water. Needless to say I wasted my money. I feed the food to the birds. I hope they can enjoy or whatever wild animal comes across it. I said I would never stop by this place again, but I stopped by like a dummy. Every time is a big disappointment. It’s safe to say Bojangles has definitely feel. Not just this locations but numerous locations across the RDU. Bojangles, KFC Popeyes and churches has no business cooking chicken and selling it to the public. The lady at the drive-through window was rude. I said hey, how are you doing today? She roll her eyes. OK cool no biggie. I get my food. OK have a good day. She looked at me and close the window.

I was on a bus with a large group of people. They were able to handle the group with efficiency and speed. They worked together making sure the orders were correct. The lady cleaning the dinning area did an excellent job of keeping the tables clean so there was plenty of places to eat.

Ordered through door dash. Called this location as soon as I placed my order to request that my food be fresh, which it wasn’t..The chicken was old, very hard and barely warm. My mashed potatoes were barely warm, the cinnamon twist was hard, the soda was flat with a weird taste, and the employees are rude. This store is operating beneath Bojangles standards. Its located not to far from the raleigh durham airport and also have several hotels near by…..This Bojangles gives off, “The Hood” vibes….DONT eat here. The food and customer service is terrible….

Stopped in to try the new chicken sandwich. I ordered a combo. The fries were so fresh. The sandwich presentation was great with fresh lettuce. Best chicken sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I definitely prefer this location from the others.

Dining room was closed at 6am. Location opens up at 5:30 am, arrived at 6am to eat in dining room. Dining room was locked and they were forcing people to use drive thru. Worker answered door when I knocked, I asked if dining room was open she said she does not know what time they open dining room. She asked manager and came back told me manager does not know what time they are supposed to open dining room. 6am and no one wanted to open up inside.

Drive in windows person was filthy and dumb. He asked if we wanted our $2.00 in change??? Who does that? Food was barely lukewarm and particularly greasy. Usually delicious biscuits tasted old and stale. Go elsewhere.

I asked for all FRESHLY MADE FOOD. THE MANAGER STATED IT WILL TAKE 12MINS TO GET MY SAUSAGE AND EGG BISCUIT AND MY CINNAMON TWIST WITH EXTRA ICING. LOOK AT THESE UNDONE CINNAMON TWIST….
I DONT THINK NO MATTER HOW MUCH I COMPLAIN IF THERE WILL EVER BE A CHANGE TO HOW THEY OPERATE. WILL THEY EAT RAW CINNAMON TWIST… AND TO ADD I ENDED UP WAITING 30MINS FOR RAW CINNAMON TWIST. TIME WASTED.

So first issue. I placed the order and had to wait 45mins to get my food, which made me late for work.
So imagine being excited to eat my food when I get to work and ALL THE FOOD NASTY TASTING AND DRY. AND OLD TASTING.

THE SAUSAGE AND EGG TASTED DRIED OUT… THE CHEDDAR BO WAS DRY AND THE BO ROUNDS TASTED LIKE THEY BEEN SITTING FOR HOURS….

IM SO TIRED OF HAVING TO WAIT FOR ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET OLD FOOD THAT I COULDNT EAT.

I’ve had my fair share of visits to this location and others within the RDU area and I will say the service/food provided this afternoon (Friday) deserves a praise! From the fresh chicken that was provided hot & cooked to perfection without the extra breading/grease to the fries perfectly seasoned to the dirty rice that actually tasted like a proper dish with a good meat to rice ration all of it was pure greatness. Keep the cook and give them a raise!

Well, it is dirty. Everywhere. On every surface there was something that needed cleaning. Tenders were old and overdone. Asked for replacement and had to wait 10 minutes to finally get more that also were overcooked. Not sure what the problem was in the kitchen. Go through drive through and then you can be blissfully ignorant as to how dirty it is inside. Bon appetite
