We went expecting to get good service and a good meal for our travels. Once we got in there the worker were running around everywhere, workers were also yelling at the customers to wait. They also ran out of food and then offered to replace it with cookies, mind you, the cookies vs the food price was insane. They also forgot our drinks and sauces we ordered. When we came back to pick up the missing items, they accused us of lying and not paying for it. 2/10 service, food even came out a little raw as they were rushing around. Don’t come here if you want good quality service.

For the franchise owners: Today is 1/26/26 and my order was submitted at 4:33PM through the app for a simple ice cream cone. The kid working the counter was too busy giving his friends free ice cream with Oreos while I continued to wait for an ice cream cone.
I used to be a manager at McDonald’s and in my time, I would fire employees for theft. Not to mention the terrible customer service. I provided the time for you to validate what I experienced through your security cameras. I was at the front counter.

Only giving 2 stars because they have a new system that’s so annoying. They want to seem fast on paper but in reality they make you pull up or to the front of the store now so that the drive thru sensor sees them as fast. I’d rather wait in line than have to drive up. There were 3 cars still in front of me by the time I paid so I had to drive all around the mcdonald’s back to their parking lot.

This McDonald’s it truly getting better, I used to get at least 1 wrong item in my order (pretty big order) been coming here more recently and the staff not only is super friendly but haven’t had any wrong orders recently, it does get packed a lot which I understand but I’m honestly loving the new vibe of the place! There is 3 kiosks, a self serve soda selection of Coca Cola products and a walk up / biking window! Love this place and love the workers!

Hello, I’m sure everyone’s had a different experience at this McDonald’s but I am a bit surprised by the reviews. I’ve been getting food here every now and then at this location for 2 months and I don’t recall getting my order wrong. Just missing a couple sauces.
The wait is a bit long sometimes but considering how packed McDonald’s is in the dine in area and the drive through I think that’s expected. The longest I have waited for my food is 15 minutes, I only order through the app since you get time to look at the whole menu instead of feeling rushed while waiting in line with other customers behind you. And it tells you when breakfast ends so you have enough time to order what you’d like.
The dining area could use a bit more attention, tables and seats are often left with napkins from other customers and sometimes there is a dry sticky sauce on the seats which I’m assuming might be spilled syrup from recent customers.
Overall, that’s my only complaint but I’d suggest really ordering from the app, you won’t feel rushed when choosing what you want to order and your food will be out faster. At least from my experience.
As for the service, I’ve only had one “bad” encounter with an employee where when I asked for more soy sauce, she just glared at me and then went back to get some. But the staff is respectful and seems to work urgently, trying to get everyone their food on time.

Food: Crispy chicken deluxe combo (medium) and a cheeseburger, all for under $9.00! Use the mobile app to order, my friends. There’s always a deal you can find to use! Everything was fresh and tasty.
Atmosphere: Restaurant was sparkling clean, including the bathrooms. Enjoyable music was playing (i.e. Eagles: Hotel California and similar songs in this genre).
Service: The food was delivered promptly to my table with great service, and the gentleman who delivered the food later checked on me, asked how everything was, and asked if I needed anything else. He even refilled my ice tea. This gentleman was not a manager, and his service was genuine and outstanding!

I Mobile ordered from them few times recently and my order is always miss something (fries, nuggets, drinks for kids). It looks like it’s a habit at this store and someone is keeping it for themselves. I hope someone will act fast and investigate this robberies ??? Or something else .

The workers seem prejudiced towards non Spanish people . Twice I ordered from here and they made me sit at the drive through parking spot while they served 5 people behind me . The 2nd time someone who came 5 mins after me got his food while I waited in line , when I finally got the order, they gave me the wrong food with no napkins after waiting there for over 10 mins . This is how they treat respectful customers . So I have to wait another 5 mins and go back to have my food corrected, this is suppose to be fast food . Hire people that can read please , it says the order on the wrapper they are doing it on purpose .

David provides an excellent customer service. I avoid going at any other time because most of the managers are incredibly rude, they incredibly lack in customer service skills. If it wasn’t for David I would never come to this McDonald. I prefer just skipping this one and go to a different one.
