Horrible experience! They cooked a crayon into my son’s food and tried to blame it on us! I am attaching a picture. Keep in mind none of us had crayons on us and my child is past the age of getting crayons at the table. This was ihops crayon and they tried to blame it on us. I am monitoring my son for illness ever since we got back. I will never go back to this establishment!

I am writing to express a concern regarding a recent visit and an unexpected price difference on an order I get very regularly.
I frequently dine at your restaurant and usually sit with a server named Maddy. I consistently order the same meal: steak tips with eggs and American cheese, two blueberry pancakes, and two orange juices. Every time I order this exact meal, the total comes to about $22, and it has always been the same price.
On my most recent visit, I sat with a different server I believe her name Sophia or maybe Sophie and ordered the exact same items. However, my bill was approximately $10–$12 higher than what I normally pay. I politely explained that I order this meal all the time and that it has never been that high before. But I was told that I had to pay extra for everything. I was never told orange juice was not free refill and blueberry pancakes were an additional cost before.
I was confused and disappointed, as nothing about my order was different from what I always get, and no pricing differences were explained beforehand. I don’t mind paying correct prices, but I do expect consistency and transparency, especially as a regular customer.
I wanted to bring this to your attention to make sure your staff is on the same page.

Today, when I came in for breakfast, I had a great visit and the best experience with my server, Maddy. My family and I come to this restaurant pretty often, so the next time we’re here, we will definitely request her. The food tasted great too 🙂

Well first off the waitress didn’t come over to our table for 8 minutes then took our order and comes back 2 minutes later and asks me….you wanted your eggs scrambled right??? Even tho I seen her write down…..food arrives roughly 10 minutes later….me and my wife begin eating and both of our sausages are not even warm they are cold….eggs are sorta warm…never seen the waitress again until we ask for the check…I seen 5 waitresses walking around so there was no way there should of been a long wait for food that can be cooked in 3 or minutes tops. I can honestly say we won’t be coming back anytime soon even tho its a 3 minute ride away. We will gladly go further for better food somewhere else. We have been coming here for years and within the past 2 years service and quality of food has gone down the tubes.

This wasn’t my worst experience but also wasn’t the best. Sophie, our server, was amazing! It’s obvious by the way she interacted with the other customers that she is well liked.
Now the food, ummm… it wasn’t that great. The eggs don’t taste as if they are freshly cracked and scrambled. They were very dry. The bacon has a weird texture and taste. The pancakes were cold and I don’t know how to explain it but when using my fork to cut into them, the top layer would fall off and just leave a dry middle to try to jab with my fork, if that makes sense.
I most likely won’t revisit this location. However, if I do, I won’t
order from the breakfast menu.

Had a wonderful breakfast with an even better experience. Breakfast with a toddler can be a unique experience but our waitress Melissa made sure we were taken care of and then some. She was funny, attentive and brought us things before we could ask.

Our server Christine came to our table immediately. We were able to place our orders within minutes. Christine made us feel special. The little girls thought she was pretty.
Our service was most efficient even when we asked for substitutions off the menu.
Christine was cool and friendly.
Our overall experience was great. That’s why IHOP is our family’s favorite destination.

Clean, friendly stop along our travel. Great service by Melanie. I had French toast that was warm at best. My wife had pancakes and eggs that were hotter.
