I’m not going here again. I do not recommend anyone come here. I got charged for carne asada and asked for that and didn’t realize until I got home I got the wrong thing, I was out of it after a hard workout. I ordered in store and I had to repeat myself multiple times to the girl taking my order. Not to mention, there was another time I came to this restaurant and witnessed an employee touch credit cards that were on the floor with her gloves, and continued to serve food with the contaminated gloves.

My husband picked up a bowl for me. Mid meal I had a long hair in my mouth!!!! I was so disgusted! I called and didnt speak to anyone but they stared a email correspondence that abruptly ended with no resolution. After sending them the receipt twice and all the requested information they asked for. They asked for time of transaction last 4 digits of card. I sent them the receipt twice and all that was in there. A hair in my food is one thing but it was in my mouth and they did nothing about it. Not even an acknowledgement of the situation or an apology. This is not just a failure of this particular store but as the entire company.

I am going to talk about two different experiences here. I ordered a bowl through the app and when I checked the bag the order was wrong. I was able to go through the app and get a voucher to correct the meal. I appreciated how simple and easy it was.
When I got to the restaurant the attitude I was greeted with was unacceptable. The manager there was nasty towards me and my friends. Maybe if she trained her employees correctly she would not need to have an attitude when a customer comes in to correct a meal they got wrong. Hopefully she can make the adjustments needed!

Upon entering the location at 2609 W. Jefferson Street in Joliet, IL, we were immediately met with dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans, and some of the most unwelcoming staff I have ever encountered. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, we were rushed through the ordering line as if there were numerous customers waiting behind us.
We were not offered drinks or chips and guacamole, which we had planned to purchase. Instead, our order was quickly rung up by an extremely arrogant cashier. When we asked for hot sauce, the cashier replied, “There’s some over there,” while pointing to the area between the beverage machines. Since our order was to-go, this would have required us to unwrap our food, add the sauce, and rewrap it ourselves.
Additionally, the utensil containers were empty. When we asked the same cashier for three forks, she handed them to us without a word and walked away.
This franchise location urgently needs to be reviewed by someone with authority before conditions deteriorate further. Due to the unsanitary state of the dining room and the visibly filthy food preparation area, this experience warrants reporting to both the Will County Health Department and the Illinois Department of Public Health.

Usually this place is good but the workers have made it terrible. Went here with my boyfriend and the white brunette girl working the first counter was already being weird and rude. By the time she was helping my boyfriend with his order, she got mad and walked away and started talking shit about him to her coworkers for talking too quietly.. seriously? Service was absolutely terrible, workers are stingy on giving portions and try to up-charge you for random things.

Manager at the cash register literally asked me what I wanted on my bowl after I took 2 seconds to think about it after the lady making my bowl asked me first. There was 1, one, person behind me. What is the rush? It was 7pm, they werent closing and they were slow. I’ve been to probably 10-12 Chipotle restaurants, and this service was the absolute worst I’ve received. Don’t rush your patrons, its extremely rude, people only need to be told once. Also, they were out of cilantro and that delicious smokey Tobasco sauce. I know you all can do better.

Employee put a reasonable amount of meat as you can see nothing to complain but not enough to the manager asked him if it was double meat like come on look at the photo I ate one lol but anyway is that really what he would expect double to look like like how cheap is management kinda killed the mood he also stated to the employee to watch his portions kind of give a dirty look to him as well I said “I’d disregard that statement don’t want to be known as the cheap store counting the peices of meat you hand out like $15.00 for 3 tacos and a drink should get you some meat “
Location should go vegan if they dont want to sell meat with the entree
Their spite and coke tasted horrible mix was off one of the side drink was pretty tasty though the redish one

Just went in and idk when the last time the girl making my bowl changed her gloves. Before making it, she lifts her hat and pushes her hair up…..with the glove on….she then reaches up and itches the bridge of her nose…with the gloves on….then reaches in and sprinkles the cheese on my bowl…same gloves….then proceeds to check me out while touching the screen….same gloves….by the time it was time to pay, I couldn’t stomach eating the food she prepared not knowing how long she’s had those gloves on. This was at about 10:15pm on Thursday night the 25…I walked out without saying anything because people act offended that you don’t wanna eat whatever they’ve been touching the last 6 hrs of their shift. Mind you I live in Yorkville I came here cause they’re usually clean but maybe the girl is new
