I am not a person that tries to leave bad reviews but this morning was ridiculous. I placed a very easy order. Oatmeal, McMuffin Bacon and Cheese only, and an orange juice. I repeated the order back to the guy taking it. I also asked if he could type in sub bacon so they will know. He said “Oh they know”. Went to the window to get my food and I was only given my oatmeal and orange juice. I asked for my McMuffin and I was told “Oh we have a biscuit for you” I showed my receipt and said I just came here a few days ago and ordered the exact same order. She then said… we don’t have McMuffin with bacon… What???… She then said okay bacon and cheese, no egg right? Got the bag and ran to work. I get to desk and see that my order is still wrong.
I know this was long but the experience all around was terrible.

The food is consistently served hot and prepared promptly. However, the sauces I request are rarely provided. If they are offered, they are invariably incorrect. It is unreasonable to expect me to inquire about specific sauces when the establishment fails to provide them or offers incorrect ones.

I showed up at 10:04 to get a small breakfast. It is now 10:26 and still have not received my food.
When I did get it, because they waited to bring others their food mine was barely warm.

If you order through their drive-thru, 90% of the time, maybe higher, they will ask you to pull up and park so they can bring it out to you, even if you’re the only one in line. Even if you order 1 burger and 1 fry. This location is notorious for asking you to leave their drive-thru and sometimes you’re only waiting in a parking spot for 2 mins lol they just don’t want you in their drive-thru lol

I went to the drive thru and I hate how all they do is use old fries and reheated in the oil , I’ve worked for McDonalds and the fries were so hard I couldn’t even chew them!!! Disgusting management allowing customers to eat fries that should have been thrown away in the trash!!!!!!!!!!!

The young man at the 2nd window who gave me my food he was to busy engaging in a conversation with another employee, which was a young lady he didn’t greet me. He just handed me my food and shut the window and proceed with his conversation as a customer. I’m more important than a conversation that he was having with his fellow employee is I requested For extra tartar on my fish Olay it was only tar in the middle of the bread Out not evenly spread it onto the sandwich. The fish sandwich was cold. I thought those were made to order, but it was not fresh at all at least to me it wasn’t.
