Delicious breakfast spot!
IHOP never disappoints — fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and hearty portions. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Great place for a classic breakfast or brunch with family and friends!

I visited IHOP at around 1:50 PM. I asked an employee a question about ordering an item, but she did not know how to help. She said she would send someone else to assist me, so I waited. After about 45 minutes, no one came.

I then walked to the back area where the employees were and asked again. I was frustrated because it should not have taken more than a few minutes to get help. After that, I placed my order and waited another 35 minutes for just a short stack of pancakes.

No one ever called my name or gave me my pickup order. While still inside the store, I even called the restaurant from my phone to check if they were answering calls. The phone rang multiple times—I could hear it—but no one answered.

The restaurant was not busy, and I could hear employees laughing in the back instead of helping customers. Overall, the service was very slow and unprofessional. I ended up leaving at around 2:45 PM without receiving my order.

When to this ihop today to celebrate Christmas with me, my boyfriend and some of our friends. When we went to pay for the food with gift cards we got, one of our friends just activated the gift card and the card had $50, however, our server, Liliana said there was only $37 on the card. My friend checks the transaction and finds out there was $5 left on the card and $45 charged but Liliana said there was only $37 on the card I recorded everything (the photos). So we think she tried to tip herself $8. It is disgusting to steal from customers especially since we had a way to pay for the whole meal with other gift cards but I think it’s worst because we are all homeless (and all in our early 20s) and just trying to celebrate the holidays. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

While the food and service were initially great, my experience was completely ruined as we were leaving. Our waitress loudly and publicly shamed us in front of other customers for our tip, claiming there is a 15% minimum. As students on a budget, we tipped what we could. If 15% is mandatory, it should be built into the menu prices, not enforced through public humiliation. Forcing customers to pay more by embarrassing them is terrible practice. I will not be going back.

So I arrive and there are no staff out front or on the floor. I am nothing if not proactive, and since I ordered my food for pick-up online, I walk towards the back and see an ordering stand near the kitchen and make myself known.

I am 5 minutes late for my pick-up, but I still catch her by surprise. She looks about to hand me a bag but then someone else comes out to hand her another bag, which was apparently mine. I grab the bag and she gets the drinks. She has them in one of the cardboard push in carriers, the drinks are way to heavy for the carrier and they begin to move toward each other, leaning in on one another in semi collapse. I put the drinks on the table and I ask for extra syrup. I am told, “Oh, I think she put some in there, but I will get you extra.” Then apparently the waitress who put my order together tells me she put some on there. I said “She told me I want some extra.” Then I hear her go talk to someone else in a nearby section and she says, “Yeah, she knows I didn’t put any in there.” What?! Why?! I don’t know this girl from a hole in the ground. Why would you mess with someone’s order on purpose?

When I get back what do I find? She did not put any in the bag, so if I had not asked for extra for my gluten free pancakes, I would have had none. My food was okay. I needed hot sauce and the syrup, and excluding one bad piece of meat from the steak tips, I enjoyed my meal. I loved how things were stacked in the containers. My food was still nice and warm when I got back.

What was messed up was one of the drinks. I ordered two of the same thing, strawberry lemonade. One was great, the other tasted like they had started to add the lemonade and stopped and added something else on top of it. It was slightly effervescent, and it should not have been and way watered down, like it did not taste like lemonade at all. I had to throw it away. I called them about the drink and left a message for the General Manger today, but I was still pleasantly surprised by my meal.

It is pretty spacious inside, but pretty dim for an all day breakfast spot. They could have just been conserving energy and only had lights on full blast in the section by the front where everyone was seated. It was the section I walked past to get to the kitchen.

I would recommend them, just double check your order before you leave. The food won’t knock your socks off, but it still will be tasty.

When you want a good, no frills, old school, greasy spoon diner breakfast that is filling, consistent, and cheap, go to IHOP. After trying the garbage food and service at donut villa, I’m so happy and grateful we have an IHOP around.

Updating my review from a 4 to a 5* . Mgr/owner’s response shows the staff here is super

I went to this IHOP location last Wednesday at 8:00 AM with my nephews and it was completely closed, even though Google Maps showed it as open. No one answered the phone either. I paid for an Uber to get there because I live in Boston and it was very cold that morning, so this was very inconvenient and disappointing. We had to walk around in the cold and find another place to eat nearby. Please update your business hours if you really care about your customers!!

Was great the first time I went because it wasn’t crowded. Though the food is good with a wide selection of pancakes, omelettes and burgers, try to reach early – before 10am, especially on weekends. We reached at 11.15am today, had to wait 15min for a table, then they took almost 45min to get our food, which turned out to be cold. We got a cold food discount of 20% but it wasn’t fun eating a breakfast that wasn’t warm. Would still recommend it but go early or when it’s not crowded. You can get endless refills of OJ and coffee for just $2.99 which is great.

Good place to go! I heard so much about this place and today I finally could go there!
The place is easy to go, nearby the t station!
We arrive around 10 a.m. and was not too crowded!
The food was good but nothing special!
We order ‘world famous pancake combo’ with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 stripes of bacon or sausage! Everything $14 dollars!
We also order black coffee! The coffee is not the best one but is 4 dollars endless refil!
They have some syrup options! Old fashioned, blueberry, strawberry and buter pecan! All of them really good!
I recommend to go there!
