We love Piada! The salads are always fresh. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. We typically order the Avocado Chop and the Farmers Market salads. They’re very flavorful and fresh. The salad and pasta portions are very generous. Highly recommend getting the app. The reward points add up quick for free meals 🙂 Definitely a better place to eat than a typically pizza joint or Chipotle.

It’s usually really good, although sometimes it seems the Alfredo isn’t as flavorful and can be pretty greasy. My only other complaint is that their prices are a little high for what you get, but we still enjoy some Piada when it is busy and you know the food is fresh.
Main complaint is it is overpriced. I would go in on a more regular basis if it wasn’t for that. Other than that I’d probably give 5 stars.

We went there for the first time for lunch. The atmosphere was nice and casual, the place was clean and well-lit. We ordered two pastas (basil pesto with Italian sausage, diavolo with grilled chicken) and a wrap (chef’s favorite with meatballs). We also tried the crispy calamari as a side dish. I like the pesto the best. The chicken was pretty good, too. Seasoning of the other dishes were a bit too heavy to my taste. I don’t think I’d recommend the calamari. Food was very affordable especially since there was no tipping required. We had the small bowl for pastas and they were of decent portions.

My coworkers and I placed a pickup order for three pasta bowls from Piada — two chicken bowls and one steak protein bowl. When we opened our bags, the order was completely wrong. Instead of two chicken and one steak, we received one chicken and two steak bowls. I don’t eat red meat, so my meal was unusable.

Our pickup time was 2:00 PM, and we arrived at 2:04 PM, yet all of our food was already cold.

When we called the store to get the issue resolved, the young woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She put us on a “hold,” but clearly didn’t mute the phone and was speaking to someone in another language. When she came back, she continued to be nasty and dismissive, acted like she didn’t care, and only offered the corporate number instead of trying to fix the problem.

I had to repeatedly ask — almost beg — to speak to a manager. Once the manager got on the phone, she was much nicer. She did listen, remade the food, and refunded us, and I do appreciate her stepping in. However, it really felt like the situation wasn’t going to be resolved until I mentioned calling corporate.

I’m giving three stars because the manager did try to make it right, but the customer service from the staff member who answered the phone was absolutely terrible.

I’ve promoted what I am about to say countless times to whomever will listen…. BYE CHIPOTLE!!! Piada is just on another level, ok. They are consistent ans set themselves apart just like Currito, Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, Panera, etc. The quality and freshness of the food is unmatched. The prices do not hinder me from getting adequate and sufficient meals from these places. If you’re scared, go to McNasties or Burger Prince. Hell…if piada campaigned more, I’m certain more places would be lost in the sauce (and not in a good way). Today, I grabbed me some lunch on the way in to work. The Chef’s Special Wrap + a Grilled Salmon Power Bowl. Mm!! Yes lawd!! Won’t he do it!? Lol. It was so delicious. One of a kind wraps. Thin and light and flavorful. The staff have always been tip top. And that’s for both the Kenwood and Mason locations in Cincinnati, OH. I am very pleased!

So, I was craving pasta and I opened DD and this was in my area. I had been here before and ordered wrong. Didn’t go back for a decade. Idk if they changed the menu or what but oh my goodness did my taste buds come alive when I ate what I ordered!

Pasta carbonara with both chicken and steak. Well seasoned meat IMO. I ordered again and got the same thing but also ordered an avocado wrap with chicken. Chef’s kiss! The only thing I would have changed was no leafy greens. Personally, I don’t enjoy that with a hot item. But flavor was so on point!

My new favorite spot

I don’t usually care to leave reviews, but if you are looking for something quick and healthy with excellent service, this Piada in Deerfield is the place to go.

It is my favorite restaurant. I go here so often the employees call me by my name and know my typical order. Specifically, the two male employees who work the line are incredibly friendly. Whatever they are being paid is not enough! I am always greeted with a smile and my order is always perfect.

The food is amazing, I usually get a custom salmon salad. The ingredients are fresh and taste great. Some say it’s expensive, but you can’t put a price on your health and it’s so hard to find restaurants with healthy food that’s quick to order.

10/10

This was my first time with a friend who know good local food. It Was a great experience. Wish we would’ve know about their bread options. Didn’t find out about the bread till we we’re done. My friend and I got the Power Bowl and they were so delicious. We definitely will be going back there.

I don’t come here often, but when I do, I always make sure to try the food. The pastas and pizzas are absolutely delicious, and the salads are so fresh and organic. I highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner, no matter what time of day you feel like eating.

We got lunch for 2 adults and one child. My wife and I both had a piada (aka a wrap). They were excellent and very filling. Everything was very fresh and it was assembled right in front of you.
We got my son a kids serving of spaghetti and meatballs. As you can see from the photo it could probably have fed two to three kids. They also give you 3-4 large meatballs with it. I had no idea how big the portion were so I also ordered an appetizer of calamari. Easily one of the best I have ever had. The calamari was lightly breaded but very nicely seasoned and the calamari was very tender and done perfectly. You cam also see they did not skimp on the calamari either.
We were all extremely stuffed. For all of that and drinks it came to 35 dollars. For all the food we got it was definitely well worth the price. I would not hesitate to go back again. The staff was also extremely pleasant.
