It’s McDonalds. The bring the food out to the table now. I really think it’s faster just to get it at the ordering counter when you place an order. It’s supposed to be dast food. Seems slower waiting at table for it to come out. Hate the ordering kiosks. And I’m not using your app either. I won 2 free sandwich items with monopoly contest but couldn’t get them as you had to redeem them in the stupid app. Used to be you take the ticket prize lable to the counter and they redeem it right then an there. The app is useless to me and the rewards aren’t worth it either.

I order some food in Uber Eats and idk if someone was mad or something but all I wanted was my large mocha frappe that I order and instead they sent me a large cup of hot milk like bro you should it ask me if I wanted something else not do whatever you guys wanted with it…so unprofessional.

Not gonna lie, this place is pretty dang good. Idk what the other people in the review section had experienced, but it never happened to me. This place is delicious, has hot food, it’s clean, quiet, and the employees were chill. The waits usually didn’t take longer than 10 minutes and I could enjoy myself in the mean time. And I go here almost every week. It’s pretty to addicting. That Karen I saw when I first came here was pretty bad though, good job management.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I went through the drive-thru around 5:43 PM on Friday, October 10th. The employee at the second window — a Hispanic male o — was completely unprofessional. Not only was I handed the wrong size item, but when I politely pointed out the mistake, this person responded with unnecessary attitude, as if I was the one at fault.

This level of service is unacceptable. Either this employee needs to go back through basic training to relearn customer service or should no longer be in a position that interacts with guests. I expect better from McDonald’s — mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for disrespect toward customers.

I went and got breakfast today and I asked the Hispanic lady on the second window for a sweet and sour and she said that they only giving breakfast sauce not lunch sauce but they did change the morning coffee for an afternoon sprite and 30 minutes before I got breakfast from the McDonald’s in communipaw and they gave me 2 sweet and sour they never smile or greet the customers

Giving this MCDs a horrible review because of thee worst customer service experience I had tonight with them, but it isn’t the first time. It’s only regarding the evening/night crew.

I ordered curbside pick up because I knew the drive through would be a little busy and I didn’t want to walk in the pouring rain to get my food.

I placed my order while I was about 5 minutes away from this location. I parked in front of curbside 3 and I tapped on the app where I was. It said 3-5 minutes my order would be out.

I waited about 15 minutes because I knew they were busy. At 20 minutes, I now parked my car closer to the entrance and was about to walk in to get my food instead. The door was locked and the worker told me 2 go through the drive through. The line was insane! I already placed my order now about 30 minutes ago. Why can’t you just give me my food? Again told me to go through the drive through.

I went around and got in line. This is about 40 minutes now. Waiting to get my food. I’m pregnant and hungry and this was how I was treated. Absolutely unacceptable if you ask me.

I get to the window and I ask for the manager. While waiting they gave me my food. Guess what, now everything was so cold because they took forever to give it to me. It was missing my Fries and my sauces all ordered on the mobile order.

Manager gets to the window, says she apologizes, but she didn’t have enough crew to send someone out? Seriously? So you were just going to leave me out there wondering when my food was coming out? She asks what she can do for the inconvenience, really? You should have just reimbursed me and give me a free dang meal for the horrendous experience tonight.

I will never again come back to this location even though it’s more convenient for me. I’ll drive further whenever I’m craving I guess.

ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS for the night shift. Ridiculous can’t even describe it perfectly!! It’s beyond appalling tbh.

Tell me if my fries are even a large when they didn’t even fill it up.

Manager, do better. This ain’t it.

This McDonald’s gave me either non cook or old chicken for my crispy deluxe. You could not even bite into this nasty sandwich. First they gave my the wrong crispy deluxe sandwich and I opened it with my hands and when I told them it was wrong instead of the worker throwing it out she put the sandwich that I touched back. Very disgusting, I’m also calling my bank to dispute this order this is very disgusting
