We stopped by McDonald’s – Biscoe on February 12th during the night shift and had a really great experience. Our order was hot, neatly packaged, and put together just the way it should be. It’s always nice when the food not only tastes good but looks right too. Big thanks to the team working that evening!

On 3/06/26 I had a bad experience with a RUDE drive thru worker I believe she is a manager. I order almost daily and today I purchased two ice cream cones on mobile app for my two children. With today being hot and eating in the car I asked the worker for a small cup to put the ice cream cone inside of so it wouldn’t melt everywhere. The worker replies with “ThAT wIlL CoSt eXtRa” I said ok how much? She didn’t reply to me.. she just gave me a nasty rude attitude. I’m sorry but without customers you wouldn’t have a job! I’m writting this in hopes she will see this and change her attitude because I’m a regular customer and she is making me not want to go anymore! This is not the first time she has been rude for no reason…

If you would like to wait 15-20 min for a lukewarm latte made with microwaved milk, I would highly recommend. Otherwise, they should not allow folks to order items when machines are broken. The staff mentioned it was a known issue and shrugged their shoulders. ♀️

The one time I didnt go with my wife and I should have! Ordered curbside, a BEC combo, SEC combo, and 2 coffees
They couldnt make my coffee bc their hot water isnt working, ok, my wife told them to just make it an ice coffee like hers. Waited 20+minutes, she had to go inside to get the food, only to be given, the 2 WRONG sandwiches, (no hashbrownz) gave her 1 coffee and oh DONT FORGET THE FREE APPLE PIE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! What a terrible time, had I been there they would’ve been forced to make the order the right way. This place to needs to go, the staff needs to lose their jobs and they need to put something else there.
Nothing but trouble when it comes to this establishment.

Stopped in for a quarter pounder with cheese combo. It came out quickly fresh off the griddle. It was delicious. A great place to sit and catch up on your emails or text messages. Serve yourself soft drinks.
