This McDonald’s gets a high ranking because even though it’s box shaped the interior is retro looking to me. Plus the Minecraft promotion is lit. McDonald’s needs to get back to its retro looks and get back to an aesthetician ways and go back to the 80’s style when they used beef tallow. McDonald’s used to have more character and we all miss Grimace and the Hamburglar.

Cold Cheese, Cold Experience.
Do you all seriously just throw a slice of cheese straight from the fridge onto a burger? At least keep the cheese somewhere warm—no one wants a cold slab on their sandwich. I get that you don’t melt it, but this is the only McDonald’s where you’ll get a sloppy burger and cold cheese. Insane.
On a positive note, the older lady who works the first window is always quick, polite, & efficient. She’s the only reason this gets any stars at all.

Normally I would not post negative comments unless I felt it was an ongoing issue. I don’t blame the staff necessarily as it was obviously understaffed at the moment I arrived. With that said, once I placed my order it was 14 minutes before it was ready. At the time there were only 2 people in front of me. The man directly in front of me was very displeased and vocal about his wait. He said that this is a common and normally why he doesn’t eat here often.
When I went to the drink fountain there was an abundance of gnats swarming around the machines. On top of that the entire lobby area was dirty to include tables, chairs and the floor. When my food finally arrived the burger was luke warm and 2/3 of the fries were soggy and undercooked.
The visit was very disappointing and I’m unlikely to return anytime soon if ever.

Ordered via the app and get to the restaurant and they are closed for maintenance. It is past midnight and I have no way of getting a refund from anyone. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Why is it still possible to order from the app when your store is closed? Fix this problem.

Janky McDonald’s. No cheese on my McDouble, no chicken nuggets in my order, no buffalo sauce. They had me wait for 15 mins for my order. Shut this place down.

The food was mediocre. The order taker certainly would have rather been anywhere but there. We rarely go here, but my hubby had a taste for a quarter pounder. I ordered a drink and I didn’t even get that.
