At some point in time this location was great. I ordered breakfast i was the only person there when I ordered then another customer came and ordered breakfast then right after that another person ordered breakfast to as well. So as I’m waiting for my food the person order after me got his food and right after that I’m still waiting and then the person right after the second one got his food and then I’m still waiting for my food so what’s wrong with this picture first to order and last to get my food. also to mention I ask myself what’s wrong with this picture I was here first why these other two got ahead of me only thing comes leads me to believe that I don’t look like them so I have to wait. Not to mention I recently visited in the same location and the same situation happened again.

Respectfully….were these burgers assembled by a blind teenager? This is shamefully nasty- the burger with sauce is drenched and the bread is soggy, you literally can’t even discern the ingredients from the massive amount of sauce; and the dry burger is somehow still soggy?! Do better you guys, this does not show any degree of professionalism.

Clean! Comfy chairs, friendly staff. Quiet. Nothing to complain about. Ordered on app and it was quick. You can get $1 large fries on app. I haven’t had a whopper in years and it was just as I remembered! I love BK fires, they are thicker than McDonald’s but still crispy. One thing is that you can’t drink the shake with a paper straw and they don’t have spoons. So I just sipped it from the cup.

You guys have promotions for “buy one get one free” on DoorDash and GrubHub, and instead of fulfilling the order, you put BS reasons to cancel it such as “POS Order Failure” or that “you’re out of an item” just say you’re cheap.

Upon my arrival I was greeted at the speaker and asked for my order which I gave, only to be told to hold on. I sat there for 5 minutes before I was abruptly told to come to the window so we can take my order, getting to the window and having to sit for another 7 minutes before someone showed up to take my order. Then, I waited another 4 minutes for my food to come out. Not fast food at all, nor was the staff friendly or even attempted to apologize for the dismal service.

We ordered 3 Bacon Stacker Kings and charged for 3 and given one. We were too far to turn around and no one would answer the phone. When they did answer they would hang up. They took almost 15-20 per car in the drive through. They need to get better.
