Ordered take out. Southwest egg rolls were way under cooked and soft. Had to throw them in the air fryer. They need to separate the fries from the honey Chipotle tenders. Fries got all soggy. I know take out ain’t the same, but come on.

I had a togo order for today and none of the sauce containers were closed at all. It truly looked like they didn’t even try, which they didn’t because one of them wasn’t even a lid. I have been to this chilis dine in as well and I have also received horrible service. It was so slow they day I went and I only saw my server three times one for taking the order one for drinks and one for dropping off the food. Never did he ask if I wanted a refill of my water which was empty and I couldn’t even find him if I wanted to! Rediclous honestly. Back to the togo order today I just could not belive that they wouldn’t close the lids. It ended up getting sauce all over the place and since most of it spilled and mixed in with the sauce from the tenders there was practically no ranch to even dip anything in I would have been better off getting none than this. This is the first time I have ever made a review for anything but I am so upset with this!

Visited my local suburban Chilis to try the 3 for Me special. It’s truly a great deal! Drink, starter and entrees starting at $10.99. I got a strawberry lemonade, tortilla soup and the new QP burger. It was perfectly sufficient for a Chilis meal. The soup was salty, creamy, and had a hint of spice (I recommend adding a lime squeeze). The burger was like something you cook at home. Absolutely nothing special about it. The bread’s structural integrity was compromised after a few bites which is always a bad sign. Fries were hot and crispy.
Overall, for a random Friday night dinner, I have no real complaints. I’d come back with confidence. $10.99 can’t beat it!

Can’t believe some of the 1 and 2 star reviews! They must have gone somewhere else, because we have eaten in and taken out, and food has always been perfect. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is fine. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Service is always quick enough.

We ordered the Chicken Cajun Pasta and the Triple Dipper, for which we chose Southwestern Spring Rolls, Buffalo Bone-In Wings, and Tenders. Everything was served hot and tasted great. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling our request to serve the chicken on the side for the pasta. For vegetarian they have black bean burger which was ok. One member of our party had a birthday that week, and the restaurant gave a complimentary hot chocolate lava cake. While they described it as “mini,” it was definitely more generous than expected!

It wasent the service. It was an random rude server. I understand being busy and having to rush. But this server come up behind me and with in the span of five seconds he’s probably said”behind.you” like 15 times. He gave me no time to reacted and I turn and he walked past me no eye contact and looking mad. Than walks two seconds away to his table just to give them their drinks. After the third “behind you” he was practically yelling at me. Their people everywhere,I have nowhere to go and it’s just insane that he was acting like I was a problem standing their like I had no other choice. He was just very rude and you don’t have to yell at your customers to get their attention. I heard you the first time

The staff here are amazing people. Super polite kind helpful friendly they contribute to a great atmosphere and make this place the absolute best! Food was amazing as always. But the staff were kind and on top of it. I drank three mango iced teas in record time and the refills never stopped coming even as fast as i was downing them they were coming back with refills.
Loved it its clean and fast with great staff. Have to have the fajitas with all three proteins its the best!

First time going to Chilis and it was a decent experience. Big variety in food we went with the triple dippers and they was good the mozzarella was just too greasy but the big mouth bite were delicious the Nashville hot crisper was not what I expected definitely not Nashville style but it was okay. Our service was really fast and the restaurant seemed clean.
