9:00 pm. Order dine in and select our table number at register. First order wasn’t brought out to us at all, but rather call out for us to get. When we got it back to the table it even had the table number stickered on the box. Second order came to our table probably because I made myself know that our table is 30. Anyways it comes to our table in to go bags and a drink carrier, but we ordered in. We are suppose to get a tray. Get my sandwich and it was a mess. Come on McDonald’s get your act together.

I’ve been coming here every few months. Nobody speaks english except supervisor. Drive through order has never been correct once. Always check your order before you leave and prepare to wait to speak to someone who can understand “hash browns” or “honey mustard.” They also put cheese on regular hamburgers, really check everything. They will mess up the easiest of orders.

I have never had a McDonald’s actively hang up on me before. I was being polite over the phone and this girl did not care at all. I ordered my shake and tried to politely contact about it being replaced with a small soda. I was talked over and ignored.

I came in at around 5:50pm November 17, 2025. The associates are all nice. However the manager idk if she’s divorced or mad about her eyebrow situation, but when the McDonald’s app wasn’t giving me the code I was trying to provide my recipt as proof. I was calmly and nicely trying to provide information to find my order. She kept asking me for the damn code which I didn’t have. She then asked me for my name and that’s how they found my order. Idk how she became a manager because she is extremely rude and has too much attitude. Honestly not pretty inside or outside and idk how she got hired. We are all stressed in this economy but no reason to be rude to someone that wasn’t rude to you first.

You can taste the food is different. They don’t clean their fryer and you pay for what you get for I guess here but I guess it’s not true. When you order large, you’re getting a medium as you can clearly tell I never even put my straw and this is what they serve me. The same goes with the other drink.

Came here twice in 1 week to grab food for the kids at night. Once was drive-thru while other time we made it before they locked the doors.
Both times, the food was decently fresh with the later time, ironically, very hot and fresh. Both times, I ordered McNuggets and Fries.
I do agree with other reviewers that the service end could use improvement. The morale seems low. However, I honestly only cared that my food was decent, so it was a good enough experience for me.

This place is very racist. Filled with nothing but rude workers. I asked for a drink for me and my daughter and a worker purposely got the complete opposite. I also seen a sign that spelled “Nickers”!! They were trying to be funny and had this up. I tried speaking with the general manager and he brushed it off and made it seem like it was innocent. He was very rude and didn’t want to give me the information for the district manager above him. As I was speaking his workers and crew members were to n the back laughing as of this was funny. This store needs to be closed down or have workers replaced!!!

I know these are individually owned. How ever a whole $0.90 more for a single biscuit is just crazy. You can go a couple miles down the road and get the same item for $4.09 vs the price of $4.99 here. It’s ridiculous how much more you charge at this location than others. Get the same exact order from a different location saves us anywhere from $4-$8 an order just depending on what we get. I will never be back to this location as long as it’s charging almost a $1 more per item. This is excessively greedy.
