After a Ghost tour that lasted longer than expected we were able to find this gem. A lot of places were closing but not this restaurant. They quickly sat us on their second floor and then our server Caleb took our order. He was very friendly and attentive towards us.
We ordered the Octopus Gallego which tasted amazing, the octopus was cooked good and the potatoes were perfect.
The fried calamari was okay and great sauce.
The winner of the night was the Bao Buns. Omg so flavorful and melted in your mouth. 10/10.
The atmosphere is also nice, great decor.

Had dinner here tonight. I ordered the grouper dinner and it was delicious. I cleaned my plate. I also had a cocktail called when the tide falls and it was good. Different. But really good. Anyways. The reason this place didn’t get a 5 star is my hubbies meal. He has the ribeye and it was just so underwelming for the price. It was so bland and lacked flavor. I had a bite of it and it was missing everything. They do have some really good brussel sprouts. We did bring up the bland steak and they took off 15% from the steak which was about 8 bucks.

Here is how our fathers birthday dinner played out:
We made a reservation for 7pm this evening and were brought to our table to then find the restaurant went through a recent re-branding now called Latitude. No problem! We were able to find some new menu options and all decided on a skirt steak for each of us, only one without the chimichuri. They brought over a completely different steak dish on the menu (bistec with caramelized onions) for all four of us.. and to make matters worse when we asked to simply have what we ordered after 10-15 minutes the food runner brought us over the same steaks and just flat out said they re-heated it! They tried masking it by removing the onions..still leaving onions behind using the same steak and only added the chimichuri sauce on the side. They “took off” the onions to disguise hoping we would eat the same meat given.. my wife then went downstairs to discuss with a manager – Felicia. The manager only apologized and admitted the miss on service due to the transition of a re-brand. She also admitted to dropping the ball of not calling us ahead to let us know of the transition. We asked if they were able to help us out at all for the inconvenience and they did NOTHING but remove the steaks from the check, still charging us for the 2 soups and 2 non-alcoholic drinks we ordered without any further explanation or willing to take care of the whole situation. We paid and left hungry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Clearly they need time to figure out their new identity and remember to take care of the customer first and foremost.

Visited this restaurant with my family and had a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish.
The problems began immediately: we were missing basic glassware and cups, and despite having a reservation for seven people, we were seated at a table clearly designed for a maximum of six. Service was extremely inattentive, I rarely saw our waiter and had to repeatedly ask for water and more.
We ordered three identical kids’ salmon-and-fries dishes, yet each plate arrived with a noticeably different portion size, as if the fish had been cut arbitrarily with no regard for consistency or value.
The wait time was unacceptable: We waited nearly 40 minutes for the adult entrées to arrive after the kids’ meals!! When they finally came, the quality was deeply underwhelming. A ~$53 beef Wellington was served nearly well-done, chewy, and frankly unpleasant. The remaining dishes were similarly mediocre and in no way justified the high prices.
Between the poor service, long delays, inconsistent portions, and disappointing food quality, this restaurant failed on every level. Given the pricing and expectations, this experience was unacceptable.
I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

My dish was decent, I recommend the short ribs, my friends hated the fish and especially the beef Wellington, was over cooked and the pastry was mushy. We still tried to get the best out of it as we were celebrating a friend bday until our server, a very tall guy, got the brilliant idea of getting on my face bc I asked if we can do more than 1 bill for our table. Very rude, even the manager saw him dot that and apologized to me. For that thanks for making it better but I wish the server would’ve apologized as he just continued to ignore us through the night. The server in the picture was super nice that’s not the rude guy the rude one was an old very tall guy

The food was good, but the first time they brought it out it was way overcooked. The server seemed agitated that we were telling her that it was cooked to well done instead of medium rare. But the flavor and taste of the steak that was medium rare was good. I don’t feel that she was attentive after we informed her of the steak being over cooked. They didn’t bring us water when we asked for a refill of the tiny cups they put on our table, I feel it would have been more appropriate to leave the bottle of cold water on our table for us to fill the cups ourselves. And the music that was playing was extremely loud, it was difficult for my husband and I to hear each other.

I booked a Thanksgiving reservation for two on October 9th. We showed up to a very long line, waited for 20 minutes past our reservation time to be sat, and then were sat in the back of the building at a rickety picnic table next to the industrial air conditioning units on the next roof. We waited for service, and ended up leaving because we were expecting a nice, white tablecloth, dinner… and got a backyard bbq. For $59 a prime rib plate with mashed potatoes, I didn’t feel like being an afterthought. Upon leaving, we saw several tables for two all along the exterior balcony.

We got a table on the balcony overlooking the water. We were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary. We got amazing service from Alejandro(Alex). Additionally, Felicia shared my love of absinthe and brought me a delicious absinthe flambe. Alex and Felicia had no idea that it was our anniversary. This is just the service they offer. They treated us like best friends and I cannot thank them enough for our wonderful anniversary experience.

It was very cold in St. Augustine on Sunday and we decided to stop in this wonderful restaurant. The service was excellent; everyone there was very kind. The food was also very good; we had the pancakes, the Brunch Burger, and fries and all dishes were outstanding. Their tea and hot chocolate was also very delicious, more than your average tea and hot chocolate. They even let my 85-year-old Mom stay warm inside while we quickly went through Castillo de San Marcos. They took good care of her! We will certainly be back.

1 ⭐️ is way too much. Planned a Valentines night out with my wife. Made reservations in advance paid the 50.00 they requested to reserve the table. When we get to the restaurant the line was out the door with aggravated people that also had reservations and were waiting a hour to get in. We waited anyway. We finally get our table order two drinks and our meals. Took forever then the bus boy comes gives my wife her dinner. For the price the plate was a complete joke. Still no waiter or drinks. After twenty minutes my dinner still is a no show my wife’s food is cold because she was waiting for my meal to come so we could eat together. Still can’t find a waiter so I said that’s it time to go. The couple next to us seemed to be having the same issues. At that point I said I’m not paying 150.00 for a dinner like this. Finally found a manager. She said she understood our disappointment and said they would refund our 50.00 deposit which never came. There’s so many great places to eat there so my advice is definitely pick a different place.
