It was my first time near a waffle house, so I had to give it a try! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. It’s a simple menu, but there were good options. Pricing was amazing as I got my breakfast for under $10. The food arrived hot. I loved my waffle. My brother had a combo breakfast that included grits, and they were delicious, too! They had a fun jukebox with good retro music. Hot time in the city was an appropriate song choice for this day. There was not much air conditioning, but it’s no big deal. The waitress even provided us with ice water to go. I’m not sure why these places get such a bad rap. The place was clean, and nothing was sticky from waffle syrup. Kudos team!

BEST WAFFLE HOUSE IN GREATER CHARLOTTE AREA! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, FAST service. Most importantly, food was prepared perfectly – eggs delicious (over medium), tasty sausage, perfect doneness to famous hash browns (not too crispy, but nicely browned), and those scrumptious waffles. With so many locations around Charlotte that have terrible service (talkin’ about new Denver NC location) or are constantly dirty, or just serve awful food, this Mooresville location is a standout. Hate letting this secret out, but gotta give them props.

Sad about our visit to Waffle House tonight. The girl got both hash brown bowl orders wrong. Dirty cup. Stuff floating in our soda. She also wasn’t wearing a hair net and we watched her hair touch someone’s food. PUKE. It’s the longest we’ve ever waited at a Waffle House so disappointed. Won’t return to this location. We tried to call but no numbers would go through to the building.

Stopped for a quick bite while on a trip to South Carolina with my husband. We sat for quite some time before my husband began making comments of how long we without someone acknowledging service was needed. One of the employees heard my husband comments and then opted to offer us drinks as she found the waitress. Once we ordered service was then a flash. The food came back to us in about 5 mins after ordered and it was pretty good. While not the greatest service, the employees were friendly, food was good, I can definitely visit again while on the trip

Ordered a triple hashbrown covered and chunked, along with two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Placed my order online, waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. I ended up waiting over an hour to get my food in the store. I watched 5 different sets of people come in, sit down, order and get served before I ever saw my food. When I get home my triple hashbrowns had hardly any ham and a single slice of cheese. Both of my bacon egg and cheese sandwiches were missing the bacon. I watched them have to issue refunds to two other sets of people who were in the same situation as me. One lady said she had been waiting an hour and a half. Then when she finally did get her order they left off 6 waffles! So this poor lady had to continue to wait while her food got cold and they made the waffles. Absolutely ridiculous.
