OMG! They have the best Mandarin Chicken I have ever had. But wait! The Crunchy Calamari was pretty awesome as well! My wife and I were lucky to get a table on a crazy busy Christmas Eve! Our servers were incredibly delightful and informative, My only comment is that our main courses arrived about 15 minutes apart which was a bit of a bummer. So I just took mine home for later.

Amazing food and the very best customer service I have experienced in a non five ⭐️restaurant. They were so attentive making sure our meal was fine and always ready for refills on drinks. Enjoyed the dining experience so much we can not wait until we return, fortunately we have family in the area.

Very impromptu dinner with my wife, having never been here we decided to try a few things we had some spring rolls, pretty decent…. Then we had Mandrin Chicken (medium spicy), Fu Yong (beef), Chow Fun (shrimp) and iron deluxe sizzler! In that order is how we would have ranked how much we enjoyed the entrees…. This place is delicious will definitely be back!

VERDICT: Get the Iron Deluxe Sizzler with white rice and a Sapporo. It’s a great lunch stop.
FOOD: Whenever you think of cooking a medley dish like this, you have to consider the thickness of your cuts (shrimp, beef, chicken, scallops, veggies) and their relative cook times so as not to overcook or undercook one in the process. I’m pleased to say that my dish was cooked to perfection. The textures were maintained, everything was browned (not charred) correctly, and the overall palate was quite pleasing. I chose the chow rice, but admittedly, I should have gone with white rice to give the dish more room to bloom. Pair with Sapporo for best results.
SERVICE: Great service. I was part of a party of 12 with two kids, and they accommodated us at one table and gave us prompt service. Their menu lacks a list of drinks, but the waitress knew them all by heart and easily rattled them off, along with what was bottle vs. tap. There was no wait for a table to be secured, but for our large group, it took about 30 min to shift things and for our whole group to arrive. (This was 6 PM on a Friday.)
ATMOSPHERE: Typical Americanized Chinese classily interpreted, though there was the smallest water leak. It became a game to hunt the source. While amusing to me, those who are traction-challenged might not appreciate it.

I went into Red Pavillion today to place a to go order, and saw they added a new special drinks menu! I ordered the Brown Sugar Boba Tea, and it was INCREDIBLE. I 100% recommend getting it, I’m usually not a big boba fan but it was wonderful.
The staff was so kind and the restaurant was super clean as well! Very pleased, and I’ll definitely be returning again soon.

If you have a very mild palate I would suggest getting food elsewhere. I asked for the Beef Mongol “mild” and got so much of the hot red pepper in the food that it was inedible. Even the wonton soup had red pepper seeds.
Note to owner – when someone requests “mild” a half dozen chili peppers is a half dozen too many!

I order from here a lot because it’s the closest Chinese place near me. The food is good enough to be worth ordering again, but not the absolute best I’ve had. The spicy mandarin chicken is probably the best item I’ve tried, but I don’t think noodles are their strong suit.
