Wings were good, I like salt but there cook loves salt. Ordererd salt and vinegar wings they were good if you shook off the excessive amount of salt on them, but also ordered and appetizer, buffalo chicken cheese dip, that and the chips had so much salt that we could not even eat half of it, explained to the waitress and she could have cared less, not going to give a discount or offer a new app. Had not been to BWW in a long time and this kinda of why, they were pretty good when they 1st opened now days not so much.

The service today was not up to par. There were some seven empty tables, yet our server, Mandi, only checked on us twice. A different server took our entire order and brought out our food. After the food was delivered, Mandi briefly asked if we needed plates and if we were ready for the check.

At no point were we asked if we needed drink refills, if everything came out okay, or if we needed sauces or vegetables. Basic check-ins were completely missing.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, which is disappointing because I’ve had better service here in the past.

Sat at the bar to order Togo tonight. Service was terrible. Food took over 35+ minutes to come out. I was trying to tab out for over 10+ minutes once the bartender dropped the TO GO order off with me. The bartender was super awkward in all of our interactions, left in the middle of taking my order to go put another fire out, then came back several minutes later to finish it, & to top it off, the price advertised vs The price I paid for the food was incorrect. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and this is why I rarely ever come here. It took me over 75 minutes to order TO GO & be out the door.

The quality of BWW in the last decade has absolutely tanked both in service & price vs. value.

**UPDATE ON 01/03** ->

Buffalo wild Wings has since responded to my review, which is clearly an AI automated review responder & not a manager of the store. “they’ve” pasted a link for further support if I want it. I decided to check it out. When visiting the website to click the “reach out” button like the automation says in it’s response, there is no such “reach out link” on that page of the website. There is no offer to speak to a real manager about the situation I experienced, and the issue is still unresolved.

If I could update my review to a half star, I probably would. Photo attached showing no such link for “reaching out”

Furry wings with barely any sauce on them at all. At least they came out hot. Music up too loud and set to a collection of some of the most obnoxious pop songs I’ve ever heard. Bartender was doing a good job, at least.

Went Sunday night for dinner. Sat in the bar area and the waiter was great. He recommended the combo and we got that with bone-in wings that were dry :(, but the cheese sticks and cheese curds were so good.

Went for lunch. Our waitress, Jessica, took our order right away. We had our food served to us hot and fresh in less than 3 mins. Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress to serve us! Thank you!

We went to spend our gift cards from Christmas tonight and our server Annalise was awful she set our food down in front of us didnt even ask if we needed anything else. My husband needed more water she didn’t get it to him for 20 minutes and thats after we asked her and he had spicy wings so he was miserable…. then we had to ask the manager for more ranch when we already asked her for it when we ordered… I overheard the table behind us having to ask for extra ranch from the manager as well…

Haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in six years, and wow — what a disappointment. The place has completely fallen off.

The TVs were blasting so loud it felt like eating inside a blown-out speaker. You can’t even relax or talk without shouting over whatever random game they’ve got on.

Then came the wings — crusty, dry, and flavorless. They tasted like cheap McDonald’s fast food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp. The sauce couldn’t even save them.

They forgot my onion rings, didn’t have Dr Pepper, and the $10 pretzel appetizer came with only four tiny pretzels. My stomach hurt afterward, and it wasn’t from spice — just bad food.

I wanted to let everyone know about what their experience will be like if they go to this location. I am a Dasher and I had two orders to pick up at 6:30 p.m. this evening. Not only was there already a huge line for to go orders but there was only one person at the desk who wasn’t even acknowledging people as they came in. There was an issue with the wings where they were out of traditional and needed to know if you wanted boneless or not but instead of letting people know that as soon as they got there, you had people running around with their heads cut off not talking to anybody. I stood there for almost an hour waiting for my order while watching other people walk in and get theirs that had only been there a few minutes. What is very frustrating about the whole situation, is that I was asked three or four times what the name was for the order and when I provided it the person walked to the back and never came out to let us know. It wasn’t until 7:28 p.m. where I finally asked the person at the computer, when they finally showed up, about the order and they reprinted the ticket. It turns out they lost the ticket and despite me asking about the order multiple times over the our nobody was smart enough to find out where the order was or what its status was. You had a manager who was not managing and I believe was hiding from all the people waiting for their food. So now I have one order that will be ice cold that I’ve already informed the customer to complain about and one that I don’t even know if it’s correct or not. And I will say this has been a display of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Usually you would have somebody out on the floor talking to people letting them know the situation so there wouldn’t be any confusion about what was going on. I normally don’t write bad reviews but this experience was so horrendous I feel it needs to be noted so hopefully they can either improve in the future or people can avoid this experience by going somewhere else I would be talking to customer service right now if it wasn’t so late but you can guarantee I will be calling them tomorrow to let them know how lacking the staff is at this location and how lacking their ability to work with the customer is I hope their corporation reviews this review and sees how badly the situation was handled so hopefully it will not happen in the future. But I think I would seriously die holding my breath waiting for that to happen. Thank you for listening to my rent and I hope I save somebody some valuable time with this review!
