It was Super lovely My family and I went and the plates were nicely hot and large (good prices for such big plates) and the atmosphere inside is very relaxing and homely with good nostalgic music. We had a good service attended by Lisy, she was super friendly and attending to us with good timing! I’ve gone here time and time again, and the service and food is always one of my favorites here in Hialeah! It’s a cool combination of Hispanic culture food wise with Japanese mechanical (they have a cat waiter robot which is adorable and speaks bilingual!)

Terrible experience, today I wanted to have a coconut shake and they changed it for a coke (I don’t drink coke), I called the “pizzeria” three times and on the fourth time they answered me and what was the answer, I don’t know who made your order, that doesn’t happen in other pizzerias, first and last time I order from this place, they don’t even call you to tell you look we don’t have a shake do you want something else, in other words they change it and that’s it

I came around 11 pm on a Friday night after working and sat outside. It was my first time here so I’m not sure how it works, but I saw a waitress speaking to a table and there were 2 other tables. I thought the waitress would come over and at least greet me after I made eye contact with her and smiled but after about 20 minutes of me sitting there at the table, she never came to my table to greet me or take my order. I just got up and left without eating. Terrible service.

Customer experience was like no other place in Hialeah, highly recommend especially with the price of the food and the quality of food! Also they are open late which comes in clutch when most places close early! Ask for Karen, Taina and Arais for a customer service experience that is top level!

I had an amazing experience as soon as we arrived Daniela was able to attend us quickly and order our food. She was aware of everything we needed and she was really sweet and would have a very positive attitude all the time. It’s very rare to find that good customer service at hialeah. I am glad she took our order.
