We ordered brisket, bulgogi, pork belly, and spicy pork bulgogi. We liked all of them, but the star was definitely the brisket—buttery and great quality. We also tried their corn cheese, Iron Age salad, japchae, kimchi, pickled radish, spicy rice cakes, steamed egg, and vegetables. The corn cheese and steamed egg would have been better if they had come out cooked, as they didn’t cook well on the grill and took up a lot of space, especially since the grill is already pretty small. The rice did have some hard and dry parts, but I don’t think that’s a big deal at an AYCE establishment. I do wish they had some sort of jjigae.

The food was superb! This was our first visit and our hostess explained how everything happens. He was very patient and attentive. The dinner cost is $32, per adult. Drinks are a separate charge. We tried a verity of dishes and meats. As much as we wanted. Our favorite was the steak with shrimps. We are ready for another visit when we’re in the Newnan, Ga area.

If you dine here you should dine alone. Because they only bring out enough food for one person. I was in a group of 4 and they would only bring out one slice of onion and one thin slice of squash one slice of bell pepper. The waiter said they are only allowed to bring that much at a time. So after you sit there and cook small amounts nobody really gets to eat before the hour time is up. I just didn’t like the place anyway. Its $40 a person you don’t get much food and you have to cook

I love the food at Iron Age! The sides that come with the all you can eat plate are good but I wish there were more options. Every meat we ordered was relishes especially any of the Bulgogi Beaf! The service was great very friendly and attentive. 4 stars because the music is a little loud for a restaurant, felt like I was in a night club and at times hard to hear if you are talking in your group. I can understand on the weekdns to pump up the volume but maybe during the week not so much. But it wasnt terrible. I will be going again!

We were sad as a party of 10. I want to make it very clear that 10 people cannot sit at those tables comfortably. They will tell you that you can, but it is extremely uncomfortable for about five out of the 10 people.

That is about the only negative thing I can say about this place. The owner is absolutely fantastic and a wonderful example of how a manager is proactive and attentive. The serving staff was excellent, however, extremely understaffed since we had such a large party and there were other large parties around us. Our waitress was incredibly pleasant and answered all our questions. She was awesome.

The quality of the food was good excellent. Some of the meats were very fatty, but still would recommend any of the marinades. They were outstanding One strange thing to note, is that I do not like extremely spicy food, (so I was nervous about the spices marinades ) but I did not taste anything that was even remotely spicy in the spicy items. Grates had to be Switched out for different styles of food was very nice and overall the experience is a total blast. A great spot for a date night or with the kids in equal measure.

There was a wonderful drink selection, and the prices for that were reasonable.

Very much recommended.

Korean BBQ is one of my all-time favorite dining experiences, and Iron Age Korean BBQ in Newnan is hands down my favorite spot. Every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. I usually ask for Sarah because she’s phenomenal, but she had a later shift today and we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Jak—who was equally amazing and delivered top-tier service from start to finish.

Everything about this place is outstanding: the awesome sauces, the best grills, incredible sides, and consistently high-quality meats. The service is truly the ultimate highlight—attentive, friendly, and always on point. On top of all that, the pricing is exceptional for the quality and experience you get.
We come here at least once or twice a month, and Iron Age never disappoints. If you love Korean BBQ, this place is an absolute must.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of preparing our own meat and the costs ($30) are reasonable depending on the group size and your hunger; you could really eat good.

The space is clean and comfortable and could imagine it being extremely busy if they ever brought in live music.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic. Our waitress was very helpful and pleasant. The food was great! The experience is top notch date night or family night adventure for those who have never been to this type of set up. I was hesitant but glad I went. I will be back.

We went to lunch after church Sunday. Im a vegetarian and ate the many side dishes. My husband had the meats. It has a totally chain restaurant vibe. The food looks good, the sauces are good, but to me it seems like their is too much acidity in the meal. I love Korean restaurants but it would be nice if they had a choice of fish, not just shrimp. It’s a very nice place. Service was attentive and friendly.
